1.) Is it more the foot foot pushing out OR the front foot quick snap rotation of the ankle that levels the board out? 2.) Are you lifting your front foot straight up and them out or diagonal? The higher Ollie's looks like front foot goes STRAIGHT up

Love to see you guys back ! Its been quite a while:D Do you think it helps with commitment issues aswell? I'm affraid to jump up, down or over stuff since i broke my foot :/ I can ollie pretty high on flat but when it comes to jumping over or onto stuff my head is telling me 'you cant do that' and i just kick out

  • @nollieskateboarding

+ToTh3Top Sorry for late response! I totally understand your situation. I rolled my ankle while I was trying B/S board slide and I was so scared to do it again. Especially breaking foot gives you much more fear to try again. But if you can ollie high on flat ground, you should start from much lower obstacles and make them higher little by little. I think this practice can helps you to commit. Same thing happened to my friend long time ago but he can ollie over such high stuff now. Be careful and Good Luck!

I sprained my ankle going too much of an increase. I would recommend moving up with a gradient to prevent injury. The hardest part of this is finding the obstacles to increase this gradient.

Ollie Upper bodyposition??? Doing an Ollie while riding with shoulders absolutly paralell to the board feels really forced to me, but when open my upper body up more in driving direction, I always land with my board crossedor squared (riding regular: front foot/nose way to the left and back foot way to the right). My leggs seem to go where my shoulders are pointing. In the ollie higher video your shoulders are positioned just like mine, why do you still land perfectly straight and roll away???
