How did you fix the water shut off problem? We're having the same issue right now. Glad we ran across your play list. Thanks for making these.

The shutoff problem resolved itself. The grommet needed was in another bag that didn't seem that it should be in. Keep watching the series and you will see where it is found. I'm so glad you like the videos. Thanks for the watch.

@@MountainMike01 I saw in the next video that I'm bag 10 was a part you thought was the one you needed, but didn't see for sure if that was the fix.

Yes, it was the grommet that I needed to put the shutoff on the tank.

@@MountainMike01 We found ours in the same bag as yours. Now we just need to get the 1/8 x 1 retaining pins that were missing.

So far Norwood has been very helpful with the issues I have had with wrong parts (none of mine were missing) and have me 2 replacement parts on the way so it should be an easy process for you.

Hey buddy good morning, man it’s good that you are patient and organized. I’m sure off camera it’s like an Easter egg hunt for parts hehehe. I hope Norwood has folks watching KZread for feed back. I know other companies seem to. Folks say ya the company called me about this or that after watching my video. Norwood pay attention!! Hey mike what are you gonna use when ya get the mill going? I wonder if bimetal blades are worth the money? Any way thanks again for the tips on what to look for and what to do. Have a good one. God bless you and yours.

Thanks again, Buddy. Would love for Norwood to contact me on this! I hope that they are watching. It's not that I mean to tear them down as a company it's just that I, as well as everybody I know are tired of the Statius Quo and feel like company's should be stepping up to the plate on some common sense issues and not looking at their customers as a mark to pass all their problems or short comings on to.The consumer has the final say and I say we say our say. I did not start doing KZread to start Trashing companies for any reason nor do I plan to start but I will call them to accountability when I see the need to help protect everyone that I can if at all possible from what I and most people seem to encounter quite regularly (BAD PRODUCTS). I sure don't mean to rant about things but I'm sure most who read this will agree....Just plan on cutting pine for the most part at first. But am wondering about the bimetal blades myself.

@@MountainMike01 I so get it buddy. I’m happy with the potential that the Norwood sawmill has. With it many folks can change their lives and make healthy sound businesses. Im look forward to assembling and using the mill. I have big plans for it.

I was just thinking, maybe Norwood uses the same bags of parts for all of their mills just change out the hard parts for the size of mill ya buy? I’m gonna start with some of my small pine logs to make the blocking and stickers that way if I screw up it’s not a really nice log.

Could be. You will have to take note on your assembly if the nut and bolts bags are the same as mine and let me know how it differs. ....Practice makes perfect. Im sure I will mess up a few logs. There will be a learning curve for sure. I have had the opportunity to work one milling the lumber that you see in wood stack in some of my videos so Im not a total green horn but I might as well be. lol
