I don't know what's crazy about that to be honest, there's only like 3 types of papers you have to learn to write for school with variations based on how long they want it. Every professor wants basically the same thing out of you in my experience. Man did an essay on a book and actually read the thing which is probably more than most of the actual class did for prep. Sorry I know this reply is total nerd (derogatory) energy but I couldn't stop myself

@@XekTOr89 ? Isn't literally the whole point of education to show to an employer that you will follow instructions and pay someone so that you can work hard for them? Seems like they are proving that. As an Employer you just have to take whatever their grade is and do some mental math/weighting. I'd say Mechanical Engineering is a good standard, people with above a 3.0 in mechanical engineering can be considered smart, anyone under probably just tried. That threshold then moves based on the relative difficulty of the degree, Education being like a 3.9, obscure math degrees maybe like 2.5. Some degrees it is impossible to tell if someone was smart, but being smart in those places doesn't matter anyway.

@@GigaVanguard I'm a bisexual man and I know what I'm talking about. On Grindr, the vast majority of guys are bottoms or sides, not tops. As for versatiles, those are the most rare and oftentimes it's guys who are not sure whether they're a top or a bottom. I used to think I was versatile until I realized I am only a top but also interested in sides because it doesn't have to always be about penetration, sometimes touching is enough. It is also widely known in the gay community that if you're a top, you have lots of options but if you're a bottom, you have to really struggle to find a top. You can go on the subreddits that specialize on the topic like askgaybros and they will tell you the same thing. In the end, I am glad I am a top because it is way easier to find someone.

very true! although honestly, it sometimes feels like being married must also be about learning to see your SO's ick and feel a twisted sense of admiration for them instead of disgust. I'm not married, but I had a long-term girlfriend who snored loudly and whose eyes didn't close all the way when she slept. that sounds like a nightmare, but once I got used to it, I actually became fond of it. like, "aww, there she is, snoring again." ❤ I hope that soon, I'll meet another woman who makes me feel that way.

Genuine opinion: NL is a good wholesome role model for teenage boys who watch him, especially compared to most of the field when it comes to online gamer dudes. It's probably not great that so many young people grow up watching online content creators and taking their cues from them, but that's the world we live in, and if it's him I think that's fine

I do wonder what's the percentage of queer in NL's chat. As a alphabet soupian i think he's one of the few streamers who is just normal about that stuff instead of either highly performatively inclusive or flirty with bigotry masking it as just comedy. The vibes are just chill and inclusive by default, very down to earth and approachable. So my bet is that it would be surprisingly high for a streamer who doesn't promote being inclusive and such as a brand element, just naturally having a demo of all kinds of people. Or maybe it's all straights and I'm completely off the mark, would be interesting though.

2:19 no but seriously, if you want a girlfriend, try getting girl friends first. Dont just always talk to women with the idea of wanting them to date you. Befriend women. Have female friends. Get to know them. Let them be comfortable around you. It'll help you be more comfortable approaching the opposite sex, as well as what they're generally comfortable with. If you meet someone you like, try to get to know them first. Hang out with them (which should be easier to do now if you've had female friends). Then if you like her personality and you think she's chill with you and that she's single, talk to her about your feelings when you're ready. If you get rejected, take some time to accept that and move on, and if you two wanna stay friends then that's chill. Look for someone else. I really dont get what's difficult to it, as long as you work hard to look decent by taking care of hygiene and general appearance, and as long as you have a generally okay personality, you'll be fine. For fellow weebs out there, I recommend "Bottom Tier Character Tomozaki", it outlines a lot of tiny improvements you can make if you're struggling with socializing in general (i assume, if you're struggling to get a girlfriend)

Yeah it took me until last year when I got to grad school before I finally started to make girl friends, haven’t ever been in a relationship but I’ve accepted it’s not something you can rush. I asked a friend out not knowing she was already in a relationship which was super awkward but nowadays we are still good friends and hang out frequently. It’s not the end of the world even if it feels like it for a few weeks 😂
