I am so glad they created this amazing series. I was always a fan of the original movie franchise, but the depth of this series is just unreal. For decades, we only knew Norma from Norman’s perspective after she was already deceased. Vera Farmiga brilliantly played two separate roles: The real, vulnerable and wounded Norma with a troubled past. And the diabolical Norma that Norman created in his own mind. We never got to see this comparison in the movie franchise.

P 1 yeah she got him help, she did make an effort yes but only once she accepted the fact that Norman has issues. Prior to that she ignored everyone’s advice and warning about Norman, letting his illness get worse. Norman would’ve never had any issues if she accepted the fact early on
