I believe it is too late to save Israel. Try talking to any IDF vet and they will tell you the army is now made up of mostly extremist kids of the illegal settlers from west bank. It’s called separation of church and,& state…. Within the man. There has never been a palestinian people. If there were than Jews who also lived there - just as Arabs - are also palestinians. So ask yourself: where is the evidence that proves that there was an ancient palestinian State? THEY CAN’T SHOW ANY OF THESE MENTIONED ARTIFACTS ! Israel on the other hand CAN show MILLIONS of mentioned history and artifacts that PROVE they belong there. It is islam that doesn't tolerate any other religion which is the root of all conflict. We are waiting for the return of Lord Yeshua / Jesus to bring about peace.

I'd venture caution about making absolute statements. I'm partway reading his book but to balance it I also have books by Benny Morris. His chapter on Operation Cast Lead failed to mention the fighting that precipitated it. Don't get me wrong, he is very compelling and very well-spoken (and written) but I think we need a preponderance of facts so that means reading multiple sources.

There was a recent one he did in a poetry cafe with Krystal Ball as moderator. It had me in tears. I watched the livestream but cannot seem to find it uploaded on YT. The man is simply brilliant. His morality leaves one in complete and utter awe. To add to the voices of others on this video, may Dr Norman Finkelstein live long enough to see Palestine free. I would add the same wish for Prof Ilan Pappè, Prof Avi Shlaim, Gideon Levy and others. The Palestinians are a blessed people to have these honourable men in their corner.
