Noodle Spring Rolls recipe - Spring Rolls with Homemade Sheets- Easy & Quick Snack Recipe

Ingredients-
(Spring Roll Sheets)
Maida- 1.5 cups
Salt- 1/2 tsp
oil- 2 tbsp
Water- to knead
(For stuffing)
oil- 2 tbsp
jeera- 1 tsp
Chopped onions- 1 tsp
Ginger- Garlic Paste- 1 tbsp
Chopped Beans- 1/2 cup
Chopped Carrots- 1/2 cup
Chopped Cabbage - 1/2 cup
chopped Green chillies- 1 tbsp
Soy sauce- 1 tbsp
Vingegar- 1 tbsp
Chilli Sauce- 1 tbsp
Boiled Hakka Noodles- 1 cup
Red chilli Powder- 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Sufficient oil to fry.
(For Slurry)
Maida- 2 tbsp
Water as required
Music- / vexento
