I tried it and it’s so good with mango salsa or any salad will do

I tried with 4 eggs, just cooked like a thick omelette on a small non stick pan, was quick and easy!

Crunchy egg fingers:- Ingredients: 10 eggs Salt Pepper powder 1/3 tsp Corn flower 1/4 cup All purpose flour 1/4 cup Chili flakes 1/2 tsp Seasoning 1/2 tsp Bread crumbs How to make it: (Put 8 pcs of eggs in a bowl Add salt Add pepper powder 1/3 tsp Mix it all together) (take a flat bottom pot and Greece with oil Then pour the egg mixture) (Put a little hit of water in a vessel *don't put too much* Then place a stand Place the egg pot on top Cover it And cover the vessel on top of it Steam for 25 min from medium to low heat Take it out from the vessel Flip it upside down and remove the top Then cut it to shap like a finger) (Take the 1st bowl and put 1/4 a cup of corn flower Then put 1/4 cup of all purpose flour Add 1/2 tsp of chili flackes Add 1/2 tsp of seasoning *mix*) (take the 2nd bowl And put the bread crumbs) (take the 3rd bowl and crack two eggs Mix Add a pinch of salt Mix well) (take an egg slice and put the first coat in the flour mix Then dip it in the egg batter Then dip it in the bread crumbs Again dip in egg batter And finally coat with egg crumbs *repeat with every egg slice and put it in a plate) (pour oil in a vessel for deep frying Fry the egg finger on medium to high heat until golden brown) Your welcome! Your efforts are not useless. I always look for ingredients / procedure in comments section if some good soul will take the trouble to write it. It saves so much time than going through a whole video. If the ingredients and procedure looks easy then it's worth looking thru the video.
