@@JayBee-cv6koOh. I respect Christian Coleman. Don’t get me wrong. But after his loss to Lyles in the US Indoor National Trial, a lot of track and field fans don’t have Coleman winning, and that Lyles is NOW the favourite to win the 60m World Indoor Championships Gold Medal. That’s what I’m trying to say.

Imagine if Kerley manages to get to top form, etc, etc. In your head, only Lyles can improve, everybody else is sitting and resting...

Okay, that seems far more realistic than the typical delusional fanboy talking about 9.6s and even the WR! Despite that, 9.75s requires a 60m split between 6.35s to 6.38s from Lyles, so even 9.75s seems to be a tall order for Lyles based on what we know today.

Noah Lyles running 6.4 through 60m is scary fast for his 100M & 200M. I see no reason he can't run a 100M - 9.65 & 200M - 19.25 in Paris. I also think it's reasonable for him to challenge or surpass the 200M-19.19 World Record in the next 2 yrs.

@@Yes_I_c4n I agree with you. Cuz the people that ran 9.6s or faster (Usain Bolt, Tyson Gay and Yohan Blake) their first 60m splits are around 6.3s and their last 40m splits are around mid 3.3s or faster (Bolt’s last 40m split is 3.27, Gay’s last 40m split is around 3.31-3.32 (don’t know which one is the accurate one), and Blake’s last 40m split is around mid 3.3s, like between 3.34-3.36 (don’t know which one is the accurate one) So yeah, if a sprinter runs their first 60m splits with 6.4s, they will not likely run a 9.6. So therefore, you need around 6.3s + around 3.3s to get a 9.6, which is obviously not that easy. Cuz notice that, the sprinters that ran 9.6 once legally (Tyson Gay and Yohan Blake), they never run 9.6s legally again and their bodies fall apart later on, and they were never the same again... Except for Bolt, due to his freak of nature (in a good way), and his body stature (6’5” and weighted high 190s lbs - low 200s lbs) for him to lengthen his super long strides and take less steps with low difficulty (not super easily, but still in a low difficultly for Bolt), plus his fast turnover/frequencies that were the same fast turnover/frequencies of a short sprinters.

Truth be told, Coleman has some messed up mechanics that need to be corrected. If Coleman cleans up his mechanics, he’d be extremely difficult to be in the 60M and the 100M. I do think that 6.43 was FAST for Noah while it was SLOW for Coleman…I feel CC will win the 60M while Noah comes in a very close second. Contrary to the weird performances after returning, CC is whipping himself back into shape and inching back to his old form. Lyles will still be unbeatable in the 100M outdoors with this start and acceleration. I expect Grant to do his damn thing in the hurdles, especially with that WR. Bol will do her thing. For the 60M, I’m wondering if Alfred or Hobbs will step up to the plate…Alfred gets out faster, but Hobbs has better top speed. Then, let’s also talk about the women’s 60M hurdles…wow!

I want to be honest with you. I love your videos, but man u talk about the same thing the whole video. Dont want to be rude just pointing out. My attention is decreasing, because u talk about the same thing over and over only changing the words you use. Yes its a informative video, but no need to be 8 minutes. 4 is just fine to fill us in the race thats going down. Again, not being rude, just want to give my point of view man. Keep the channel growing and the content flowing. Peace ✌️
