To be honest, sprinters are not that fast nowadays. You're falling for the hype. 12 to 16 years ago, we had guys dropping 9.5, 9.6 and 9.7s low. Nowadays, they're struggling to go 9.8s low. In the 200m, I don't see anything big happening in the near future.

@@Yes_I_c4n WHAT?? If you discount the GOAT, which is all you can do he was the Greatest of all time, dude's are absolutely fast nowadays. Not just fast but fast at younger ages. @@willstuart4504 It's not just Bolt. Are you forgetting Blake, Gay, Gatlin and Powell? All of them were significantly faster than today's sprinters. Amongst the 25 fastest times in the 100m, the only names you'll see are the ones I just mentioned. That says it all.
Can someone message the split for Knighton if possible, he was MOVING.
Knighton's ability on the bend is supreme. Almost Bolt-like. All his fastest times are because of his bend speed which is not easy. His down-straights need more work though.
Jesus Christ………….Knighton was unreal on 3rd leg 🔥🔥🔥
Wow thanks I am watching this Easter Sunday at 6:04 am thanks
Erriyon TORE UP that turn, he looks quick. At 20 years old, he and Tebogo will battle for many years. Think Lyles still wins 200m in Paris. Would love to see Knighton train for a couple 400s

We can't forget that Knighton only ran the 200 at worlds while Tebogo ran the 100 and 200. I don't think Knighton would even make the team in the 100. You got Coleman, Lyles, Kerley, Bromell, Bracy, Baker, Hall and other guys.
Knighton is growing into his body and ran that corner as well as anyone ever.
carifta games is going on rn very impressive times drop every year but you dont make videos on them 😭

This Validates my last year's argument that Knighton should have been running 3rd leg!
you should cover Elizabeth Leachman from San Antonio. She just broke the national outdoor high school record for the 5k.
It was extremely clever to place knighton on the 3rd leg ... No bloxk start and a curve it's his show
Knighton killed the curve. You forgot to note that they just ran the 11th fastest 4×100 of all time. What the hell happened? That is unreal.

No person should be on any Olympic or World Team unless you have previous history doing so. Why, because the nerves can kill you on a World Stage. This took place at home against each other. Adrenaline is running here with no pressure.
Knighton will be the next Usain Bolt! Just my opinion.

Just wait until Kerley Coleman Knighton Lyles 4x100
not sure how that guy on the 3rd leg managed to flub that baton change as Lyles set off perfectly and had his hand back waiting for 6 or 7 strides for that baton, the only thing i can think of is the 3rd leg was flagging and didnt realise how fast Lyles can get to his top speed now but who knows, its been mentioned previously last year that Fahnbulleh would do well in a relay with a running start, he has some awesome top end speed its his start that leaves him so far behind, maybe he should go see Lyles coach after how much improvement he has made in his starts and in the 60m
