Yes! I'm allergic to every toothpaste I try, so my skin at the corners of my mouth are usually red, so it looks like I have sloppy lipstick. And it's usually a bit dry, so if I use moisturizer there I actually DO end up with sloppy lipstick that bleeds, even past a pencil line. Frustrating!

​​@@leapintothewildTry vitamin B ointment and also take vitamin B and iron supplements. The problem you describe is in most cases not allergy related. An allergy to toothpaste strong enough to cause braking of the skin around the mouth would likely have really dangerous effects inside the mouth. It's likely that the toothpaste is just irritating the skin/accelerating the cheilosis problem you have. If vitamin B doesn't help within a few weeks, consult a dermatologist, it often gets infected. Hope this helps because there's no make up that can cover such issue without wearing out plus covering it daily might actually contribute to the problem.

Ah your original no makeup makeup video is SUCH a favourite of mine that to have an updated version is a MASSIVE treat (especially as I have a fluey virus today). Lisa! I found an amazing combo of two of your lipsticks to create a mixture to look like no-makeup lip color that matches my particular neutral-leaning-cool undertone. A bit of Palazzo and a bit of Velvet Midnight mixed on the back of my hand, with a touch more Velvet Midnight in the mix, created a lovely shade like my lip color but slightly more defined and intense. I love it! Thank you.

Hi Lisa! THANK YOU!!!This video has completely changed my life!!! The tip that you give about mixing the moisturizer with the foundation has been a life changer! Let me tell you why.... I suffer from rosacea with acne, and I was doing what you said people in my case do! That is, use a super thick foundation all over my face to cover what I thought to be 90% of my face that had skin issues! After mixing my Nars soft matte complete foundation with my moisturizer and then just going back to the problem areas that resurfaced after the 1st layer.... WOW! I have amazing healthy glowing skin!!! AND it lasts ALL day without retouch!!! I used to end my day with creases and lines from the cakiness of the full coverage, and today I am super impressed that after almost 12 hours (I worked today) my makeup still looks flawless and I am not dying to get home to take it off!!! You have made me believe in Magic again and that I can enjoy beautiful radiant skin as when I was 20! I am about to turn 46 in March! THANK YOU again!!! Lisa. This makes me so nostalgic. I remember your first no make up make up like it was yesterday. The first thing i bought when i’d arrived in nyc for university were becca shimmering perfector and peter thomas roth sunscreen (yellow cap tube one) to re-create that no make up look. It’s the makeup look of choice the past i don’t know 12-13 years now? And that i still do to this day. How time flies. How great techniques stand the test of time and how great makeup will always be timeless. ❤❤❤

Love your concealing method Lisa , a must with my skin type and colouring. I often do a little final pin point concealing by adding a touch of my blush colour to my concealer if any hyperpigmentation is peaking through on my cheek area. 💋❤

I can recommend IT cosmetics tightline or Clinique Power Lash mascara to accentuate eye lashes in very natural way. Their brushes are tiny, especially the mascara of IT cosmetics. I am wearing almost exclusively no make up look and this video will help ne to make it bettee. Thank you Lisa🙂

This changed my life 🤩 I love makeup so much that I tend to overdo it. I love that now I can still spend a good long time on technique and precision if I want, but I don’t end up looking like a clown when alls said and done. Lisa you are the best of the best.
