Hi friend,
Sorry for the mistake, the correct amount of flour in the recipe is 250g or 1cup+3/4cup
No Knead Garlic Focaccia|Apron
Lukewarm water 200ml
Sugar 10g / 1.5Tbsp
Sea salt 5g / 1tsp
Instant yeast 2.5g / 1/2+1/4tsp
Olive oil 20ml / 1.5Tbsp
Bread flour 250g / 1cup+1Tbsp
Garlic slice
Olive oil
Oregano leaves
Himalayan salt
Pan size 23x3cm
Bake at 230°C / 450°F for 10-15 minutes

Ik realy like the relaxed vibe of ur video's. But i have a question what kind of salt do you use? To me it always looks like a bit of Grey colored. Happy Holidays to you from The Netherlands.

I made this recipe yesterday using my gram scale for all the ingredients, followed the directions exactly, and the garlic bread turned out beautiful and delicious. 10 minutes at 450 F in my “convection bake mode”oven. The whole loaf was devoured at dinner time along with the hardy beef stew I had cooked in a crockpot slow-cooker. I will definitely make this Garlic focaccia AGAIN. Thank you for sharing this delicious recipe.

@Bob West When you say "convection bake mode" oven, do you mean microwave convection oven? (Mine is IFB 23 litres microwave oven).

@@SubaddraSankruti I’m referring to my regular full-size electric stoves oven. It has a REGULAR BAKE option or CONVECTION BAKE option. I’m sure this recipe would turn out fine on the regular bake option. I’ve never used a microwave oven for baking, just heating or reheating foods. If you try this recipe the ingredients would be the same, but the cooking time would definitely be DIFFERENT.

I really like how you made this video. Very relaxing just the sound of quietly making the bread and nothing else. I kind of had a headache this morning and it was nice to focus on it while I drank coffee and sat quietly. This looks delicious. Ill try making this soon.

Just made this for dinner with spaghetti in mushroom and tomato sauce which was a great combination. This recipe is not only perfect but it is fail proof. I used regular all purpose flour as I did not have any bread flour and it did not matter at all. Thank you for the recipe , it is a keeper.

is there a big difference between instant yeast and “regular” active yeast? i’ve never worked with yeast, and i’m getting confused as to whether there is a difference. can you use regular active yeast instead of instant, and do you use the same amount in the recipe?

@@fjp9 active dry requires being activated (mixing with warm water and letting sit before adding other ingredients). instant yeast does not, you can just mix it straight into the rest of the dough. sorry for the super late reply XD

I ran out of garlic halfway, so I inserted sundried tomatoes for the other half. Both flavors were amazing! I cannot recommend this recipe enough!

I made this today and, as my oven was unavailable I tried to bake it in the airfryer.. Did it work? YES it did! I used a smaller round baking sheet that fits inside my airfryer and got two cute baby sized focaccias ^^ I pre-heated the airfryer and baked it at 160-140 °C for around 12-15 min. If you're going to try this too, be careful to use a sheet that is save for oven usage and don't use maximum temperature, as it will probably burn the top of you dough and leave the underneath uncooked. The outcoming was AMAZING! Salty, delicious, and GARLIC POWERED!! 🔥🤩 Thank you for the video and the delicious recipe ❤😋

Thank you for your recipe. I don't have any olive oil in my pantry. So, I use coconut oil instead. I was worried whether it would turn out okay coz I'm not using olive oil as prescribed by your recipe. But even with coconut oil it turn out amazing. Thin crunchy crust outside with fluffy pillowy soft inside just like yours in the video. Thank you so much. This recipe is a keeper!

I'm getting ready to try my hand at this recipe. What type of baking pan did you use. I'm new to bread making and noticed the recipe called for a 23 x 3 round. Would a 9 x 9 square two inch glass pan work?
