Made this today and my family love it. I dont have rosemary so i used basil instead. Smell nice and taste good. My brother ate it with honey

This was super easy and quick to make. The recipe fits in a loaf pan perfectly. I didn't have any rosemary, so I used scallions instead. It was definitely the highlight of our dinner tonight!

我已經做第三次了! 這次直接做麵粉400g~ 前面兩次做出來的佛卡夏,一下子就被吃光光! 根本吃不夠!真的非常好吃! 剛出爐時是酥脆口感, 若放幾小時後再微波加熱又是另一種鬆軟口感! 這食譜已成我家常備餐包款了! 感謝分享
