NO-KNEAD DONUT
✔️Dough
1 whole large egg [55 to 60 grams]
2 tsp instant dry yeast [6 grams]
3 tbsp sugar [38 grams]
1 cup fresh milk (lukewarm) [240 ml]
1/3 cup cooking oil (or melted butter/margarine instead) [80 ml]
3 cups all purpose flour [405 grams]
1/2 tsp salt [3 grams]
*cheese for filling (I used quickmelt type, "Danes" brand)
*powdered or granulated sugar (for coating)
*extra flour for dusting

yes, just pipe in the custard filling after frying the dough without the cheese:)

hi po, in terms of convenience mas mabilis po gawin ang no-knead kasi less process sya. Kapag kneaded naman ang dough mas nadedevelop yung gluten, mas smooth ang texture at maganda ang consistency at controllable yung structure nya or pag-shape compare sa non-kneaded . Either kneaded or non-kneaded, achievable naman ang softness ng bread when baked/cooked, mas tumatagal nga lang po ang softness nya kapag kneaded.
