As a baker, I'm very picky when it comes to which baking tutorials I should watch and subscribe in. I can tell that chef RV is number one of the few chefs that I like. He's very articulate, spontaneous, energetic, detailed, and powerful when explaining how to do a specific recipe. I so looove this chef.

Walang face to face class kaya Online ang BPP class namin, so diskarte na lang paano makapagturo. I asked my students to use this recipe, and encouraged them to watch the video para masundan nila sa paggawa. Nung magsubmit ng video ang isang student na gumagawa sya, dinig na dinig ko yung boses mo. Kinantyawan ko student and he replied saying: Siempre sir naka on ang video ni Chef RV para di magkamali. Thank you chef, ang hirap magturo ng skills online, buti na lang andito mga video mo, they are such a big big help. Anyway, matagal na rin akong fan mo, I have two books of yours and I spend a lot of time watching your YT vids. Thank you again.

i think sinadya ni chef na by weight para mas sakto / accurate. if pansin nyo sa ibang recipes by cups, tbsp ang measurements nya, dito e weight talaga. may weighing scale na p500 or baka may mas mura pa sa online selling sites, apps

Maganda po kasi talaga naka weigh lahat ng ingredients para mas accurate. Sa baking school po kasi talaga by weighing scale at may tamang computation lahat ng ingredients.

I think typo error lang sya. Grams kasi ung sa butter kaya pati evap at water naging grams din. Mukha ml talaga ibig nya sabihin. Siguro di si Chef ang nagtype.

try nyo po sa google. my online conversions na available. Ex. 20 grams to tablespoon. ☺️

hindi ako nag aral ng baking pero naenjoy ko ang pagluluto mo detalyado at talagang natuto ako ty.

Salamat sa pag share ng recipe..para makagawa kami ng aming tinapay..

ilang grams po yung cheese and if ibabake po ano pong oven temperature and how many mins.
