Omg thank you Katie😀 , these are great and can't wait to try. Love these no cook options. I gave also used canned chicken in salads , but not sure about the salt content. Also great alternatives for my husband's lunches as I meal prep his and he gets board . So now I can try these! I struggle with the flavors and dressings . So thank you for sharing those healthier versions! Yes please to no cook dinners! 🙌lol
When it comes to prepping ANY type of sandwich i always slip a paper towel between the sandwich and the aluminum foil so that the sandwich doesn't get soggy.. and if any moisture does come up, the paper towel is there to soak it up.

This is great thank you! Yes no cook breakfast, dinner possibly bonus video of snacks/desserts! Most likely the sandwich using a either tuna, shrimp or smoked salmon ( I don’t eat meat) and the 3rd one. Thanks so much!

What's your go-to dinner meal?
Gonna try them all but I think I'm most excited to make the chipotle chicken, especially the hack for the homemade sauce! Might try it as a wrap since I already have some sprouted tortillas on hand👍😍

I never thought to prep with frozen veggies/rice and not microwave them but it makes a lot of sense! Also saves dishes and time so I will have to try that for sure.

Your salad dressing is really good. I added 1 tbsp honey and it was perfect.
Costco sells the rotisserie chicken in bags, super handy and you can freeze into smaller bags.

Does the vinegar strip the enamel on your teeth? I'm always curious

Only if you brush your teeth immediately after. Brushing your teeth immediately after any food or drink (besides water) will cause damage to the enamel. Always wait at least 30 mins. Vinegar in moderation wont do anything to your enamel

Probably 😆 we don’t use a bottle rack anymore.
No cook if the child with me but l carefull
I can't really get behind being so lazy you can't even grate a carrot or boil some eggs.. that's REAL life. That's how you make it sustainable and long term..
Please get dressed properly next time! I couldn't watch this to see how great your ideas were, which I'm sad about!
