It is such a blessing to belong to a wonderful family of saints. My journey at BYU-Pathway could never have began without the uplifting, encouraging words from such leadership. So, Elder C. Shane Reese, I will keep loving, I will keep trying, I will keep trusting, I will keep believing, I will keep growing, one step at a time. Thank you very much.

Great talk! I have never attended BYU but my father did. I am hoping to send my children to BYU and attend one day in the future. I love these BYU speeches and I feel the spirit each time. Thanks for sharing these on KZread so I can enjoy them during my work day.

President's Reese's talk gave me hope for BYU! Complete alignment with the restored church.

Wow totally awesome amazing speech. It was very uplifting and inspiring listening to this wonderful messenger of our Lord Jesus Christ. No coincidence indeed, it's all part of our Heavenly Father's great plan for us. Wow it's wonderful to know that Heaven is cheering us on today, tomorrow, and forever.

So first thing this morning KZread suggests a short video about a WWII US Army soldier named Benner Hall who was trying to shoot a fleeing German soldier and both rifles he used jammed unexpectedly. When he told the 16 year old German soldier how he was an Arizona cowboy that was an excellent marksman, the young German boy told him that his best friend was an Arizona LDS missionary that taught him the gospel. Sgt Hall was LDS also. No coincidence. Later today KZread suggested this video to me. Again no coincidence. None whatever.

Thank you. Needed this today. Trusting in the Lord's timing, and sometimes struggling in the process: This helps me draw on the strength that heaven is so eager to give, and I can feel the cheering on he is speaking of. I trust in the Lord but sometimes struggle in my ability to do what I'm being asked to do. My faith is expanding to trusting in His ability to help me accomplish what He "...hath commanded, for I know that tue Lord giveth no commandments unto the children of men, save he shall prepare a way for them that they may accomplish the thing which he commandeth them." (1 Nephi 3:7)

Wow, what a great blessing this new president will be for BYU! What an uplifting talk from a man obviously filled with the Spirit of God and endowed with gifts of the Spirit! I thank God for His guidance for the wonderful students of BYU!
