This talk is full of gems, each of which deserves reflection. In the rush of morning activities our family took a minute to discuss what it means to "hold loosely to things that are not eternal." Just thinking about that for a moment has changed my day for the better.

This talk was delivered in all humility with a heart piercing of its every word with purest love to the listener. From the on-set of his talk, I could not let go unto the end of the talk. Thank you so much Brother Sabin.

Wise words worth remembering. The price of dicipline is always less than the price of regret.

I love the scuba diving story. A good reminder that we have everything we need to handle anything that comes our way.

Man, this talk is packed with so much! There are too many antidotes and stories to share with my family- I had to just have them listen to it. I had it playing in the car on the way to church and when we got there my 11 year old was so upset because he wanted to know what the dot on the paper meant and I meanly made him wait until the ride home to find out. 😂 Clearly, this man has built his life on Christ. Love this talk. I laughed. I cried. I shared it with everyone. ❤

“When you are really worked up about something, ask yourself, what will it really matter in a hundred years?” For some reason that just brought me a lot of peace.

We are so blessed to have the opportunity on this earth to learn wisdom, and to have the opportunity to receive the light of Jesus Christ in some degree. If we don't have the opportunity to enter into the true eternal temple covenants, we can have these wonderful opportunities after we die. The plan of salvation and exaltation is incredible!

Absolutely what I needed today. It’s fun to study this talk along with his General Conference talk, “Hallmarks of Happiness”. So many gems in both talks that complement each other.
