What can we do to help you to listen to the message of the restoration of the of the gospel in these latter days?

I wish the president of our country (past, present, & future) spoke to us like this, with this kind of integrity, intellect, empathy, strength, intellect, and a genuine care of the people.

“The lord often accomplishes the most, with those who feel the least accomplished.” I needed to hear that today. Definitely an answer to a prayer.

Although I like and " liked" your comment, I think that as people we should consider that God doesn't need anyone .I think God wants us ALL!.. God has us all.. what we do to aoreciate our gift(s) is that which varies among individuals..thank God for the good people of this and every church, amen 🙏..

We are really blessed to have leaders that are faithful to the Lord. It’s very difficult to find leadership in the world that chooses Gods will over their own. It’s a great tool to be able to watch these talks whenever we want wherever we are. The spirit is at our fingertips if we so choose.

I love learning that God is a God of New Beginning!!!!! It's wonderful to me to be able to begin a new life, a fresh start again and again and again. I thought that God will hate me for making a lot of errors and mistakes again and again. It is comforting that I can be forgiven and start again if I truly repent and make efforts to do better and be better. The gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ will aid me and you in our quest for eternal life. As long as we are doing our best in obeying God's commandments and keeping our covenants with faith and hope in our Savior Jesus Christ, we can be forgiven and begin a new life...

in case it helps, Elder Renlund said to consider Isaiah 58.He said it is about fasting, the Sabbath day, and eternal families. Verses 12-14, he says, these promises comes to us if we fast and do as it says on the Sabbath. While Elder Renlund's answer was in reference to a spouse who has lost faith, I am sure you can apply this scripture to healing other kinds of breeches, too, though it might take time. Good luck, and may the Lord bless you and yours.

I woke up this morning and somehow this message popped up on LinkedIn. I am so grateful for apostles of God who speak the mind of our Heavenly Father. I truly needed to hear this today. Perfect timing. God truly knows us and hears prayers. Great words of wisdom to start a new day.

I do too, not only this, but on a daily basis around me, to help lift me up, and send me on my way, rejoicing. I hope that I can live to merit the love of God, and of others about me. I pray that I will have a happy family one day, and be where God is. I also pray for those who need God in their lives...who need his love, especially family members and others near us, like church members and neighbors.

I also appreciate the leaders of the church. I wake up in the morning thanking God everyday for these dedicated servants of the Lord. With this great example we have to follow. I am grateful Our Father in heaven put His son Jesus Christ in the leadership of this church. I know this to be true and I cannot deny it! And I know Joseph Smith was a true prophet of God just as Abraham, Moses and Peter James and John. The Book of Mormon is a true word and testimony of Jesus Christ with no doubt in my mind. When I leave this world I want to serve our Lord constantly! In the name of Jesus Christ!

What an amazing talk from one of my favorite speakers and great examples of discipleship!

1. Move towards the light. 2. You’re better that you think you are. 3. Learn to love God and you’re neighbor. 4. Conflict is inevitable; contention is a choice. 5. God is a God of new beginnings. All of these principles are such a refresher. Love Uchdorft. Can one remain a worthy member by holding on to these but discarding having to believe in Joseph Smith first vision and The Book of Mormon ? Asking for a friend

One can have a testimony of different things at different times, and the weak parts can grow if your friend applies prayer, effort, patience, and looks at uplifting and trusted sources of information. On every important topic or historical figure, there are many sources of misinformation running around. But, by the fruits of what a person did, you can know if they were good or evil. If the church seems good to your friend, and all the wonderful things speak to their heart, then, in a way, they do have some testimony of Joseph Smith and the first vision, because it was and is the beginning and the foundation from which all these good and beautiful things have come. Joseph was not a perfect person, and was careful to let people know this was true. But he did his best, repented often, and was a truly good person. By the things he created and led people to become, how he inspired millions to do better and be better, kinder, more charitable, and loving than they were before? By these things, we can know what he truly was, even if there are some troubling things that have also been said by some. What he made speaks for itself, and he gave his life for it. And, asking questions is WONDERFUL!! It is essential! Seeking answers with patience, prayer, and hope is the second half of that. That is how we can find truth and avoid being misled. I assure you, there are answers for those who don't stop searching for them. As for being worthy, every soul is of great worth. And yes, while only those who are at a certain level of obedience and faith can come into the temple, ALL are welcome in this church, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints! Especially those struggling for answers. We are ALL struggling for answers of some kind. Every single one of us who you find at church. Not one of us is perfect! I would be proud to sit by your friend at church and just... be his or her friend. And I promise, if they keep coming and searching in the way of truth, they will find what they seek. In the end, we all find what we chase after the most. Getting to the temple is usually a journey for each and every person. Don't feel bad. This is okay. Just keep searching and trying and learning. Also, please remember, the most important of all is to find a testimony of and relationship with Jesus Christ. If your friend has that, they have the most essential element which can and will guide them towards everything they need.

John 7:17 says: if any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself. Just keep the commandments, keep praying, reading the scriptures, conference talks, follow the prophet, and in time, the Lord has promised he will get a testimony of the things he doesn't have a testimony of yet. Don't give up.
