It was our blessed opportunity to meet with Elder Schmutz last weekend in our little branch chapel on the Navajo Reservation. We can definitely imagine what awaits us if we are faithful, obedient and full of love for our fellow beings.

My dad grew up on the Navajo reservation near crown point New Mexico. Are you close there?

I missed him as my mission president, i would always cherish those question he often asked us during our mission. "are you obedient?", "are you happy?". these question taught me alot that only through obedience to the laws and commandments of God that we can be truly be happy.

I had this talk appear to me at the perfect moment. As I kissed my wife goodnight last night, I had a glimpse of our celestial potential. I lay for minutes with my eyes wide open reflecting on that revelatory moment. We can only imagine the great things our Father has prepared for us.

I’ve listened now at least 5 times and am still getting new insights from this talk. So filled with loving truths. Thank you!🙏 ❤

And behold, l tell you these things that ye may learn wisdom; that ye may learn that when ye are in the service of your fellow beings ye are only in the service of your God.

It is eternal exaltation that we seek. We will receive eternal life. This is a huge issue that seems to be a qualm with other faiths. We don't earn heaven, we learn heaven.

God expects us to be intentional in our mortality...love to think about this and how i can better myself.
