Recipe:
Small fish - 2 kg.
Salt (coarse) - for 2 kg fish, I add 2 tsp salt.
Vinegar - (4%) - for per 2 kg fish I add 40 ml.
Black pepper
Bay leaf
Paprika
Vegetable oil - for each jar of 40-50 ml.

The jar size is 500 ml.
🔴Warning❗❗❗
✅ Jar lids must be tightly closed! Under no circumstances should air enter!
✅ Storage conditions must be correct.
We have cool cellars under (on the ground) most of the houses. We keep it there.
❗❗❗If these instructions are not observed, the product may be damaged.

Спасибо за рецепт. Сейчас буду делать по вашему рецепту рыбку, на пробу две баночки, одну с паприкой, вторую без. Если будет вкусно то сделаю больше баночек но уже в автоклаве чтоб не варить три часа в кастрюле.

Your fish should be good for years, far more than a year. I can quite a lot of fish in pint jars in a pressure canner with nothing but water for 70 minutes. It's rare that any make it more than a couple of years before they're eaten but would last much longer. Your method is solid too though and should be just as good. Interesting how you pack your fish and ingredients. Great vid.
