Hi Sebastian, thank you! 😀 That is right, but I think with all newer Devices, we have a similar problem with the mentioned data lines and stuff. 😔

What about using a switch for the data lines connections, so when you decide to use wireless charging you could just flip it to bridge them. It would require somewhere to put it so you'll be able to use it, so it may be too complicated.

Hi Nicolas, it is a good idea, but as you mentioned, it is not very sexy to have a button on any side for this purpose. 😉

I wonder if it would be possible to do that with an OLED Switch being able to have wireless charging plus being dockable.

Awesome stuff, lil update with my Bluetooth 3ds, I accidentally opened the wrong latch cable port and broke it, I'm now trying to resolder the pins from the ribbon cable directly to the motherboard. Other than that I found out what the audio pins on the 2DS XL are, I'll update if any of it goes well 👍

Hi Penken! Brilliant, are the pins from the 2DS XL and 3DS XL compatible? It is possible to solder the ribbon cable directly, but it is a bit fiddly.

@@CanWeFixThat Everything went horribly wrong, I tried connecting up the cable directly and still no dice... After that something else went wrong and now either the power button doesn't work
