എൻ്റെ പറമ്പിൽ നീലാരി പസന്ത് 40 വർഷമായി കായ്ക്കുന്നു. അന്ന് നടുന്ന സമയത്ത് Name tag ൽ കണ്ട പേരാണ് മേൽ പറഞ്ഞ കാര്യങ്ങളും പൂർണ്ണമായും ശരിയാണ്. പക്ഷെ ഇവിടെ 250 മുതൽ 800 ഗ്രാം വലുപ്പമുള്ള മാങ്ങ ലഭിക്കാറുണ്ട്.

പഴുക്കുമ്പോൾ ഉളളിൽ പുഴു ഉണ്ടാകുന്നതിന് ഒരു പരിഹാരം ഉണ്ട് നല്ല മൂത്ത മാങ്ങ പറിച്ച് വച്ചിട്ട് മാങ്ങയുടെ എണ്ണത്തിന് ആനുപാതികമായി ഏകദേശം ഒരു 4 ലിറ്റർ വെള്ളം ഒരു അരക്കിലോ ഉപ്പ് ഇട്ട് തിളപ്പിക്കുക തിളച്ചു തുടങ്ങിയ വെള്ളത്തിലേക്ക് ഒരു 4 ലിറ്റർ പച്ചവെള്ളം കൂടി mix ചെയ്ത് ആ വെള്ളത്തിൽ 10 മിനിട്ട് മാങ്ങകൾ മുക്കിയിടുക. 10 മിനിട്ടു കഴിഞ്ഞ് ഉണങ്ങിയ തുണി കൊണ്ട് തുടച്ച് എടുത്ത് പഴുപ്പിക്കാൻ വയ്ക്കുക ഒരു പുഴു പോലും ഉണ്ടാകില്ല. നീലം മാങ്ങ ഇപ്രകാരം ചെയ്യുന്നത് നല്ലതാണ്.

Hi sir

Yesterday, I visited Mr. Paulson's nursery along my relative Anil and bought two Nilali mango saplings, two Rambutan and one Mangostin. A sprawling nursery mainly for Jathi and mango saplings.The Manager gave us the ripe mango for tasting and it was wonderful. It looked and tasted almost like Kalapadi, which I am having since 2002!

@@KL06farm കൊളമ്പ് ഇനം മാവ് പുഴു ശല്യം ഇല്ല എന്ന് കേട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്. തോണ്ട് കട്ടി കൂടുതൽ ആണ്. അത് പോലെ മാവിന് ചുവട്ടിൽ 2-3 കിലോ പച്ച കക്ക പൊടി ഇട്ടു കൊടുത്താൽ (ഒരു 2-3 കൊല്ലത്തേക്ക് )മാവിന് കാൽസ്യം absorbtion നന്നായിട്ടു തോണ്ട് കട്ടി കൂടിക്കോളും എന്ന് K. വേറെ ദയാൽ സർ പറയുന്നു.

അല്ല ഇമാം പസന്ത് നല്ല വലിപ്പമുള്ള മാങ്ങയാണ്. നമ്മുടെ നാട്ടിൽ നല്ലോണം കായ്ക്കുന്ന ഉത്തരേന്ത്യൻ ഇനമാണ്. നീലാലി പസന്ത് മാങ്ങയും കാലപ്പാടിയും ഒന്നാണെന്നാണ് എന്റെ അറിവ്
