What is the difference between regular metcon and premium?

Mine are coming this week. This is my first weight lifting shoe and these shoes look awesome. I will definitely not baby them. Do you wear these shoes for crossfit or just causal wear or collecting?

All 3. I've got a pair of the launch edition (camo) - those are my workhorse pair, but I also wear the black AMPs that came out not too long ago.

@@MetalsForBrunch I made a video last year Rom 4 vs Legacy Lifter. Honestly, it's a neck and neck race between the Nike and the Reebok - including the legacy lifter II. Boils down to which one looks better or fits better for you.

Can you run in them?

I do not do so much heavy training. But I need more flexibility at the same time. I do so much on mat trainings, jumps and stretching things. I have been using regular metcon 3 for years. And now want to buy the new one. And not sure which one to buy: flyease, react, regular 6, amp or premium. Money is not an issue. Can you please help me on that? Thanks in advance.

AMP and Premium has no performance advantages - it's just "fancy" looking. Flyease is for people who want to be able to put on / take off with out using hands (think Adaptive athletes). Therefore - go with the M6 or React Turbo - watch some of my other videos. I will have an M6 Versus Turbo video out sometime this week.

It's exactly like the regular Metcon 6. The arch support is mediocre. In my opinion.
