Emppu could be "used" more in NW. In their "Stratovarius" phase he was more incisive, nowadays his guitar parts I find to be more under the carpet. A pity, since he's a very good musician.

@@DeniseHofs I agree. He shows kindness and affection to his band mates. He grins and talks with the audience. Heartwarming smile. He would be a wonderful uncle/brother etc.

I think I understand why fans always ask for more videos of Nightwish but with Floor, I have a lot of respect for Tarja and Anette, all three have very different voices but it happens to me that when I see Nightwish with Floor I feel a different vibe, I enjoy it more. many of the old songs were written precisely for Tarja's voice and then for Anette, but Floor has this thing that own the songs . It feels different with her, in an excellent way 🤘

I don’t mind songs with Floor, just not going through this whole concert on a video by video basis.

Nightwish is amazing live, and Floor with her great versatility is perfect for a band like them 😉🤘

This is a great song but if A&P don't cut biggest part of the reaction probably the reaction will be blocked, all of the reactions that I've seen from Sahara was cutted the big part of them And it's so sad

We have come a long way you guys and I love it............ You are right when you know a band like we do with Nightwish it definitely changes how you feel. I want to go to a festival too. But that is never going to happen. :-( If you want something different I would go back to the End of an Era show and do a song you haven't done yet. Or go back to the earlier albums. This way you can get to see how Nightwish evolved from the beginning. It is interesting to hear and see them from years ago. Take care you two...... :-)

Great reaction and great song! I highly recommend Meadows of Heaven from Nightwish. Absolutely one of my favorites!

You made me fall in love with this band bastards! This band is absolutely awesome.

Well... Even if a luv Tarja, I can say that I prefer Floor singing the old songs. It's not a cuestión of quality or whatever, is the PERFORMANCE she display in the scenary, the emotion she put in the interpretation. Just saying. (I still luv Tarja singing the first songs of nightwish tho, her classical voice is like... Going to heaven)

You would like to have suggestions for different Nightwish songs? I suggest the older song "beauty of the beast" from the CD Century Child (please do not confuse it with the song "Beauty and the beast" from the CD "Angels fall first"). This is an epic song with a length of over 10 minutes, which unfortunately has not been played live by Nightwish for a long time. This is a real masterpiece that surprisingly receives little attention in reaction videos and I'm sure you will be amazed.

10th man down and Pharaoh sails to Orion will not ever work without Wilska.. Sorry Marco those two songs do not work with your voice.. I was at Pakkahuone when Wishes to Eternity was filmed there. Wilskas performance on that gig was on own level. :D

I first heard this song probably in 2007 - loved it then. However this version is another step up again! Especially with Floors opera and the drum part in the middle! Mad to hear it again 13 years later in live form!

If you want to check out something different from them, do "Stargazers", it's from an album from 1998, Tarja sings it beautifully on the album, but I love to watch Floor's performance of it live from Tampere 2015. The song has a cool 90s vibe to it, and it's quite operatic (you've enjoyed The Phantom of the Opera, so maybe you'll like this one too). Great channel, thanks. It's funny that I'm enjoying the same bands with someone across the ocean (Nightwish, Wintersun, Amorphis), while I have none of those people in my direct circle :)

Guys if you want something older check out The Islander i think you haven't done that yet. Either the version with Floor live in Tampere or the music video with Annette, although i prefer it live as usual with this band.

Hello guys, thanks for an another amazing reaction. So you asked for new suggestions , not only from the BA concert 2018. I did some background investigation and went through all your Nightwish reactions from late 2017 and from there on. It was nice again to watch you two for the first time react to Ghost Love Score and you were not at that time fully convinced of this odd symphonic metalband from Finland. But what a ride after that it has been!! And a epic song you have not reacted to is Beauty of the Beast, a song that has not that often been played by the band, but it is a song which is as epic as Poet and the Pendelum at least to me. This a Tarja song and I have never been a Tarja lover but in this particular song she is fantastic. I understand you want to see things too of Tarja and anette, it's just that a lot of fans happen to us that Nightwish with Floor feels more powerful and we love what Floor does with her versatility but the problem for example with Anette is that there are not many official live videos with her they're very few, but you could try to see what could find 🤷 I think Nightwish live with Anette you guys haven't seen many videos

There will be a new Nightwish album out in a few months, so you probably will do that the rest of the year. Album has now been completed in studio, so just waiting for release day :) this concert is full of old songs so to say...just that it is Floor singing! If you want something old, check out Stargazer from Himos with the first bass player, before Marko who joined Nightwish for that song.

Epic underrathed song!!

Instrumentally one of my favorite Nightwish tracks, Where the singing is a bit more on which mood i'm in if i find it good or not so good. Haven't heard this version before, not as unique but interesting enough

If you guys wanna shake it up a bit, check out Planet Hell (Official Live) with Anette. It's really good. I love the contrast of her voice againts the heavy instruments

Who grows on old nightwish songs gonna support me. Floor amazing with vocals and her energy is magical on stage BUTTTT Those songs were something really unusual for metal. When Tarja sing those songs we were traveling somewhere in another dimension, aaand Floor doing good,no doubt, but the feelings and brains resist to embrace new vocals for old dark,gothic,epic songs with Tarja. First BEST is relative. Second they're reacting to this because it's new again because it Floor singing the older material which weve been dying for. Old songs given new life. Made new again such as Devil and the Deep Dark Ocean or Slaying the Dreamer. You dont want people reacting to it to appeal to new fans. In other words you just want them to react to Tarja. Floor interacts more than Tarja ever did and I loved Tarja.

Floor is adorable, but damn she is in the fuckin same place all the time... Btw, I was in the third file of this show in Buenos Aires, and crow here allways get crazy with any band, but now i'm considering to watch them again on May the 7th...

This song was released on the Over The Hills And Far Away EP from 2001. One of the songs in which Tapio Wilska did the original male vocals. Marko does it... okay, at best.
