i tried the soup trust me its horrible total wastage of vegetables. the taste was not gud n color n appearance of the soup was...... 🤢 is se to behter guys normal corn soup ek bowl pilo with fruits n vegetables that will also help in weight loss but ye soup....... a big no🥴

Ok one thing these celebs fail to mention is hormonal troubles. Crash diets in the name of healthy diets take alot to adapt for our bodies who aren't used to it gradual changes should be done and hormones get messed up esp for females with irregular bleeding and spotting.

actually you are supposed to do such diets with a proper guidance. There are certain protocols of the diet which we tend to skip while doing on your own and not every body can deal with such diets so medical intervention becomes a must to know if you already have any hormonal issue that may worsen or something can happen

@@abc-ht7dl if you had any knowledge about weight loss's thermodynamic, you wouldnt be saying this. This is not for weight loss, this is a quick method you do over the weekend to prepare for an event and where you want to shed 2-3 kilos of water weight.
If your life style is active, going outside, walking normal for 30 minutes, doing all Ur house chores, eating our normal desi diet in moderation...no weight gain.
everyone just keep your diet simple. control portion do workout. Use least amount of oil and ghee avoid food from outside. Be happy and own yourself!
When you have no aim in your life😂 Then you'll start giving shitty advices 😂

I hope these tips helps you to loose weight ☺

Where is the Protein??? Protein is a must. And gluten is not at all bad for all, more over you need carbs in certain portion. Pls do Research according to your body and hormone conditions before randomly doing any diet. It will destroy your body system

Yes exactly atleast es madam ko whole grain flour btana chahye portion control btana chahye carbs mn different varieties hein and you should eat good carbs instead of bad like all purpose flour and tbvh intermittent fasting is the best way to shred those ugly fats.. This is one of the worst diets to exist. What you're doing is putting yourself in too much of a deficit in these 7 days. Better to take it slow and steady instead of doing this illogical diet

This diet is what suits them, as they have to loose or gain weight for different commercials and on screen programs. The thing that we need to understand is that we are not them and our tasks plus goals are not like their tasks and goals they're sharing what suits them we shouldn't follow them blind foldly.

@@tehminailyaskhan They are misguiding the public by telling about these illogical diets. People need to understand that you need to be in a deficit of 3500 calories in total to lose 1 lb of fat. Now it's your choice whether you burn that off in a day by fasting whole day and exercising or dividing them off over a couple of days or a week. They should at least focus on the science behind the diet instead of bringing in 1banana and milk type illogical choices.

I am dietitian myself and its horrible to watch such illiterate naive celebs giving dietary recommendations. I think Health department and UK dietary recommendations should stop their work. The scientific evidence should stop being published. Ajeeeb

In morning or in any time and after dinner 30 mins walk . You will prayer for me . Check your weight empty stomach after using washroom. Divided the months in short time goals like week or ten days . Follow dr shiakah or khawar for good amzing recipes. Include oats in morning
