The most successful coaches always have the highest expectations, and get fired the moment they have a bad season. If bama (somehow) had a losing record next year they'd let him go. Also, the most successful coaches tend to go pro as well.

It's crazy how you can see this in action with players year after year. Julio Jones, Amari Cooper, Eddie Lacy, Mark Ingram, etc etc. None of these guys are big mouth guys. They let their skill do the talking so that they dont have to. It's crazy that even after so many years of being off of the team, guys with huge success such as Julio Jones continue this mentality week after week. I have major respect for guys that can hold their tongues like the guys at bama do.

As a salty LSU fan that can only dream of "what could of been" if he had stayed, I have nothing but respect for the man. Saban's lessons transcend sports and pertains to all aspects of life. There's one particular interview he gives about "the process" where he calls out the media, fans, players, etc. about wanting the results but not wanting the process. It truly cuts deep because he's talking about life in that too. We all want to simply "arrive" in life instead of going through the process (and embracing it). Sorry for the rant... lol Saban is the GOAT

👌🏼Coach Saban's mind set on or off the field is key. He always uses words like "emotional" "focus" "respect" etc etc..... "Practice to get it right?.......no practice so much you don't get it "wrong". Football practice is not too unlike firearms practice. In some aspects. IMHO. Here's a quote about firearms training that has always stuck with me as a key to possibly saving my life or a family member's life someday.......... "The novice practices until he can do it correctly. The professional practices until he stops doing it wrong. The master never stops practicing". You practice to win, period. Samurai Miyamoto Musashi quotes- "The only reason a warrior is alive is to fight, and the only reason a warrior fights is to win" "A bullet from a gun does not make a distinction between practice and combat. You are training to be one and the same way in your life" Roll Tide Roll. 🇺🇲Stay well. Go in peace.

Players, in college football (sports), fight each other because of loss of playing time, egoes, and not getting paid. You're a high profile player and then you go to a school like Alabama and don't play at all. Tensions get high in college sports. Players deserve so much more. I played D1 college football so I know what I'm talking about.

🔥 HOT TAKE 🔥 - Very Unbiased FLORIDA FAN HERE😢 SABAN DISCIPLINES HIS PLAYERS SO WELL, THATS WHY THEY HAVE A DYNASTY. DAN MULLEN (Florida’s coach,) gets Florida when 8 ish a year. Sometimes more. More. TO AN EXTENT THE STORY SABAN TOLD WAS ABOUT A PENALTY FROM A FIGHT THAT LED TO A SCORE TO LOSE WAS FROM BEFORE ALABAMA! PLAYOFF CONTENDING FLORIDA GOT A THIRD DOWN STOP , WITH 2 MINS LEFT IN A TIE GAME. .... then there was a flag.... MARCO WILSON (CB #1 Florida) THROWING AN APPOSING PLAYERS SHOE ACROSS THE FIELD TALKIN TRASH! (Marco Wilson is the reason Florida lost To A&M (missed coverage led to a 45 yd A&M easy catch with :03 seconds in 4th) Led them to kick the game winning The Dan and Nick are very talented. But Nick... is NICK SABAN, because his players DO NOT MAKE MISTAKES B/C OF THE LEVEL OF DISCIPLINE. This here ladies and gentlemen, is the reason Nick Saban is the best ever. There’s more minor details, but disciplining your team so well that they don’t talk trash? These are 18-24 year old kids. Rare that big of a group of kids can be that disciplined. Football is nothing but extreme trash talk and each matchup watching to kill the other. It’s so amazing his players are so mature. ..... no other team in college football is like that. If you don’t believe me, do ya research. I hope I could teach one of you something lol.

Lil Nicky is right ( about jaw jacking with the other team) u also can talk smack to another player and get that player fired up and he ends up torching you for 400 yards. It works both ways with trash talking - some people fold and some step up when the emotions and adrenaline gets pumping. Roll Tide

For salvation, we just need to follow the way they did it in Acts? They were baptized in water for the removal of sins and filled with the Holy Ghost. Here's why! The gospel is the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 15:1-4. If we are to follow him, we must do the same thing. Death= repentance, Burial = baptism, and resurrection = being filled and rising again from the dead. That's what Acts 2:38 is. We must obey the gospel, 2 Thessalonians 1:8-9, in flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that OBEY NOT THE GOSPEL of our Lord Jesus Christ... Matthew 7:21-23, Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that DOETH THE WILL OF MY FATHER which is in Heaven. St John 3:3-5, EXCEPT a man, be born of WATER AND OF THE SPIRIT, he cannot enter into the kingdom of GOD. We can't come up with our own gospel. Galatians 1:6-9, But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. Don't be cursed. One way for all people. Jews, Gentiles, and Samaritans. Our salvation has to match up with the scriptures and no scriptures on the subject can be taken away. Eternity is TOOO long to be WRONG! st, John 5:39, Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. The gospels show what Christ has done on the cross for us. The book of Acts shows us the beginning of Christ's Church and how to enter the Church, obeying Acts 2:38. The letters were written to the Church to show us how to behave now that we are born again into the Church. It's better to walk alone than to walk with a crowd going in the wrong direction. Are we supposed to follow the teachings of the apostles? Acts 2:42, And they continued steadfastly in the apostle's doctrines. Ephesians 2:20, We are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief cornerstone. Don't get Titus 3:5 mixed up with James 2:14-26, about WORKS. One is a WORK of your OWN RIGHTEOUSNESS OR GOOD DEEDS and the other is a WORK OF FAITH OR OBEDIENCE TO GOD. One is letting you know that there are no Works we could have done to make Christ want to die on the cross for us. Romans 5:8, But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. The other is about believing and being obedient to God because you believe. Faith without WORKS OR OBEYING GOD IS DEAD. James 2:14-26. Noah believed and then OBEYED OR WENT TO WORK BUILDING THE ARK. Now that Christ already paid the full price for our salvation we have to attain it by obeying his way to receive it, Acts 2:38! There is no sinner's prayer. Nowhere in the bible in this church age does it state to accept the Lord Jesus as your savior and you are saved. Mark 16:16, he that believes and is baptized shall be saved. FAITH WITHOUT OBEDIENCE TO GOD WILL BE IN VAIN. God bless you!!
