If you want fixed long term jobs apply directly via NHS or Trac jobs , you don't need a middle man

Sir one thing.. there are thousands of gmc registered imgs and when i search for fy2 jobs only 60 to 70 come up? I dont understand how will one secure job?

CT/SHO/Trust grade /ST all are same jobs

You didnt comment on supporting information which is the most important and challenging part of applying for jobs

Within a month . No there is no saturation . They pay three times more for gaps

What do you mean by internship? , if you are IMG you would need full GMC reg i.e all parts of PLAB before any work in UK

There are plenty of jobs available , unfortunately this takes time . And you need GMC registration to be eligible to work in uk

there is nothing like ACLS Certified by UK . only ALS is recognised in UK which is only offered in UK

you need BSc at least which is acceptable by UK . for public Health I believe you would need MPH at least acceptable in UK . Best is to look for these jobs and go to PS section and confirm what are the essential requirements

less than a month . No saturation at the moment . But you need to fulfil essential criteria to be appoint-able
