i have a myth to manifest i think dallas has to play its rivals to win the cup. every time we hit up vegas avs and oilers we seem to either get beat by them as they trudge on to win or we get to the finals. every modern stars team needed to win againsta rival to be in the big finals games. so lets hoping if we hit vegas avs and oilers back to back we can win a cup. for Pav!!

that texas team tends to be pretty good. i feel like some teams are co-fanbases liking multiple similar teams like dallas and carolina fans cross over. sharks fans watch for pavs just as they may watch canes for burns. not every team is like that i feel like vegas, pitts, habs and buffulo have the most isolated fans you dont see their fans rooting for former players or other teams to beat their rivals as much. either lolcowed into oblivion or angering. vegas especially is treated like the patriots when theyre on fire theyre angering when theyre eatin Ls theyre getting mocked all over.

Great win Game 7 win by the Stars! This is the second time in franchise (first since moving to Dallas) that they have comeback from 0-2 down to win a best-of-seven series! This is the first time since 2003 that both the Stars and Mavs have advanced past the first round in the same year. Peter DeBoer is now 8-0 in Game 7s! It was also nice to see Dallas Cowboys' legend, Michael Irvin, at the game! Wow! What a game!
As a Sharks fan I would be very happy if the Stars and Joe Pavelski win the cup. I hope he starts getting points soon though.

What a last 48 hours. The leafs and the knights, out. Sweeeeeeeeeet.
They just bashed Hertl for being a total disappointment in the after game show. Plus it was known Hertl being on the team means either Stephenson or March would not be on the knights next season. As disappointed as I am being a Hertl fan I got to give some respect to Mike Grier the Sharks GM for trading Hertl away for the most value he could get. I wish Hertl well on the knights and still hope he plays well but the sharks are looking real good right now in that trade even with the retained salary. The sharks did not want to risk him being injured or declining and the team was not good enough with him anyway.
