I didn't think the Rangers tested Bobrovsky that much in game one. I should relook at that game because I may be wrong a bout that. Damn, he is a great goaltender. This could be a hell of a series.

@@CharlieTWilbury Bob had a couple great saves in Game 1, especially late, but overall the Panthers smothered the Rangers offense in that game. They had like 9 shots through 2 periods, so yh he wasn't tested as much in Game 1.

I am convinced that the only people who do not know hockey is the greatest sport are people who never have watched it. Playoff hockey is a rollercoaster of highs and lows that will make your heart beat as fast as an Al McGinnis slap shot.

Barclay Goodrow scored the Game 7 OT winner over VGK for my Sharks, then the series clincher against the Canes and now tonight's OT GWG. He may not be the most well known but he has the knack for coming up CLUTCH in the playoffs!! What a game!

I had a buddy who played with him at high school. He was always a prolific scorer, but he had to change his game to stick around the show. Guy is a stud, always seems to shine in big moments.

It was the best game of the playoffs as a S.Korean

The Panthers left Bob out to dry tonight.. he is an all world goalie but he can't score goals..he stood on his head all game long and was beaten by a beauty of an OT goal. Shesterkin is a great goalie in his own right.. his stick handling reminds me of Marty Brodeur.. that OT winner started off with a Shesterkin pass ! I am a neutral fan and this series seems to be having the intensity that I thought it would.. the Rangers are now outpacing the Panthers and this is probably their best strategy to beat them... hope this goes all the way to the wire

@jsquared1013 If the Panthers go down 3-0, with little time left,they'll bail too. Doesn't matter, if you allow NYers to buy tickets, they'll be a lot of fans left. Rangers fans. We've taken over other arenas and can very well take over yours. We have a much larger fan base. Anyone can get tickets to MSG. We don't discriminate. Yet saw only a small handful of Panthers fans. We'd fill your arena in a heartbeat. So don't go flapping your gums about fan loyalty.

@@insertnamehere313 If he dropped his right shoulder and leaned heavily into that turn, he would have been able to protect the puck, or at least, if he got hit, wouldn't be out of the play. The Rangers should be teaching him to tip pucks, pad up his back and put his ass in front of the goalie.

I don’t know why nobody mentioned REMPE! REMPE! REMPE! chants and cheers when he was on. I’ve watched hockey for over 65 years and know when a player inspires an emotional response… Rangers made a smart choice playing him! He will become a CHARA except with a little more fire … someone to watch out for! Kudos to the Rangers for playing game two with intensity and passion and grit.

People talking about rangers having momentum. The game ended 2-1...in overtime. They didn't win 5-1. This should be the most exciting series of the playoffs. Two word-class goalies. Anything can happen.

They have momentum. Florida can take it back. Doesn’t matter the score. The same way as if Florida lost game 1 and won game 2… Florida would have the momentum.

That hurts...really felt like we had the series in our grasp. This is why we love hockey, though....if you can't handle overtime, this sport isn't for you. Sometimes you lose, and you gotta shake it off.

Mate, even going 2-0 up, there's just no way you can assume you'd have it won. Home ice advantage has taken a backseat throughout the playoffs. Chances are Rangers could very well win one of those games on your home patch.

And he scored that memorable goal late in the 2nd period of game 6 on May 25, 1994 giving the Rangers a chance...and that's all they needed that year to win... Barclay's goal could be that goal like 1994...we will see... Sports change over the decades...we all think the game was better 30 years ago but we have to evolve man...

Panthers are one of the best defensive teams in the league, so getting a goal behind is going to be a miserable experience. Rangers has top 3 PP conversion rate, roughly 1/3 is a goal. In play-off hockey that could lose you the game.

okay no hate and i like all 4 teams still left in the playoffs but when he scored that OT winner and the announcer said clawed their way back to even the series, it's only game dude my dude thats not clawing back that just a good win to tie up the series, regardless who wins in any of the remaining series' i think we are going to see at least 2 game 7's and maybe one for the cup which would be awesome for the sport of hockey

We blew it in OT, very disappointing but it’s all good. Hopefully we bounce back Sunday.

It was a tight game. Florida ran out of gas middle over time. But they still played well

too bad they didn't show those head hunting hits by Florida in the first period. That one should have been a 5 minute major. It looked like they were really trying to intimidate the Rangers early. That may not be the best play for them tho as Rangers took the body to them the rest of the game and by the overtime the Panthers were looking rattled and tired.

I left my house at the end of the second period. When I got home, the game was in overtime. A few minutes later, the winning goal was scored. Weird.

what a game .battles for pucks and battles for every inch of ice . as a Maple Leaf follower ,I wish the Leafs team could be constructed like these 2 teams .This is proof that you dont need a 69 goal regular season scorer to have playoff success .I would trade Mathews right now for 3 Mathew Tkatucks or 3 Sam Bennetts
