My son was born June 3, 1994 (we lived in Brooklyn and he's been a Rangers fan his entire life. His first game he saw Gretsky score a goal), and he has been waiting his entire life for the cup. I hope this is the year!

The Ranger goalie in that third period . Tightened up the screws and did not allow another goal. In my opinion, he deserves equal praise for his performance.

The last man to ever wear 20 for the NYR.

Panarin deserves some praise as always, assisting on those goals and making the extra effort to create those plays and goals. Breadman always delivers.

Absolutely LOVE these calls by these guys. What a f**ckin game. So much emotion. My best friend was the biggest Ranger fan ever!!! He unfortunately passed from cancer this past June. So watching these highlights brings happiness and sadness at the same time. We watched them win the Cup in 1994 and ups and downs for years after. I believe he’s watching from the great sky above us. On to the Eastern Conference Finals baby!!!!

Absolute best part is Kreider giving his 3rd period natty hatty stick to a little hurricanes fan… total class act.

Indeed! That may help the little guy to soothe the hurt of watching his team's season end. AND if his parents are smart, they'll put that stick under lock and key and in their living trust for their son. :) It could be a VERY valuable sports artifact someday.

We’re watching/following the playoffs from New Zealand. For whatever reason, the powers that be decided to televise every game of the second round of playoffs here, except for the Rangers, who we follow, so we could only listen to the commentary live, and watch the game later. Listening to these guys was phenomenal, Dave almost had me in tears because of the pure emotion in his voice. Fingers crossed, every game is televised next round, but if it’s not the commentary will be hard to beat.

I wait every time the rangers win a playoff game to listen to the feed. It’s the closest to watching a game from msg network I wish Joe did the games with him too but Maloney is a nut I love it. His screeching ruins some of Sam’s calls but I love it cause you can tell he loves the rangers and gets excited when they do incredible things like the ot winners and the 3rd period natural hat trick my goodness what a way to finish them off. The best come from behind team in the nhl!!!!

Sam Rosen and Dave Maloney are the best. They are such a warm and inclusive duo. They make you feel like they are your friends and you are watching the game with them. It’s such a blessing to have commentators that are true genuine fans of the team

What a comeback by the blueshirts. And I always loved Sam Rosen on the mic, one of hockeys best voices.

I tell you I was a very pissed off rangers fan after the 2nd.i was cursing the entire franchise and felt like they were not only going to blow this game but the whole series but the way they bounced back in the 3rd shows how much they believe in there skill even when the other team had the momentum the whole game but they have came back so many times during the season but man what a roller coster of emotions and I want to thank chris krider and the rangers for getting back in this game and going to the ecf.lets go rangers!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm a pretty optimistic Rangers fan, and I said going into this game, if we are true contenders, we need to win this game. After going down 3-1, things were certainly looking bleak. Show us something in the 3rd boys, and boom. They really turned it on and proved they deserve to be here. I want to give props to every Ranger, Igor for keeping us in it, and the rest for pulling together and getting the job done! What an epic 3rd period comeback win. Kreider really stepped up but he can't do it alone. Everyone stepped up and that's what it's going to take to bring us the Cup. Well done boys! Rest up, long road ahead... 8 down and 8 to go! L-F-G-R!!

With all due respect to guys like Kenny Albert, Ray Ferraro, Bob Wischusen, Eddie Olczyk, etc. I will never understand why they do not allow MSG to continue to broadcast the Rangers during the playoffs along with the national coverage. There is simply no better play-by-play/color commentary combination than Sam Rosen and Joe Micheletti. I want to hear them call these games, it makes the experience complete.

I've been a Rangers fan for 60 years, have lived around the world for 30 of them, and your productions are the closest thing to my childhood memories of living in South Jersey, surrounded by Flyers fans (yuck), and listening to Marv Albert ("skate save and a beauty!!) and Bill Chadwick radio broadcasts of Rangers home games at the Garden. I've always loved that I got to see them win one Cup in 1994. A second would allow me to die a VERY happy guy!

We’ve been watching the playoffs from NZ, the only live televised coverage we get is via ESPN, and for whatever reason, this round we had every game except the Rangers games. So we had to make do with the live commentary from the NHL sight, and those guys really do an amazing job. Had us on the edge of our seats along with everyone else. Thanks guys, job well done.

What a game , what a time to be a NY sports fan . Rangers in the East Finals , The Knicks with one more win will go to the East Finals . We just might play Boston in both . My Yankees are doing it also , their in first place . Next I need the NY Football Giants To Come Through. Let me just say the Rangers are the Best , man just when you start to lose a little umph , they took over .Kreider what can you say he was unstoppable in the third period , almost singlehandedly winning this game . He wasn't alone Igor Shesterkin was a wall in the third period some of which he didn't have his stick , he's making a chest save and a beauty , this is the next day and I'm still going crazy about this game .
