It’s not that deep. Edmontons one goal should’ve counted just like Calgarys should have but the goalie interference one was obviously no goal. Therefore the wrongfully called back goals were even completely disproving your point. Also there was a missed icing before Draisaitl goal. So yeah it was poetic if you’re blind with a painfully bad victim complex

@@johnosbourne5089 Yes, I know exactly who he meant. But, the statement also works with Messier. :-)
Im a big Hyman fan when he was on The Leafs, so it was nice to see him score in this game and doing well this season.

I got a feeling this BoA might be a very 80's series, gritty, lots of goals, and good times for everyone

@@TheKisj i cheer for the oilers, so.....if it's 1:0 for the oilers, i would gladly take it :P But you are right, probably more goals to come.
Oilers don't quit, some teams would just fold being down 2 goals early.

When you have mcdavid and draisaitl i dont think its possible to quit...
Connor Freakdavid !! The guy is unreal after they took that goal back on them he decides to take matters into his own hands !!
I could watch these teams play each other all day everyday.
Gotta love that Edmonton Calgary rivalry. Both cities are awesome and both teams phenomenal. Excellent game. Hockey at its finest.
Before the second round even started I thought Colorado or St Louis would crush any team that faced them. I don't think that's the case now. This series is such high energy! Analytics mean nothing in playoff hockey.

I don’t see them beating Colorado. They just don’t have the defense or goaltending. However they are on the right track offensively.
as a flames fan all i can say is. welcome to the connor mcdavid show. now featuring less calgary defense

If you're planning your defence, do you focus on McDavid's line? Or Draisaitl's? Because Nugent-Hopkins' line can score as well. Edmonton stretches anybody's defensive capability, so if Edmonton plays well defensively themselves, you will lose.
Battle of Alberta!!! Gotta be the best game on TV right now. Both great teams. EDM amazing win for the kids to witness in Calgary
I chosed to root for Calgary this year. But I gotta say, man this Oilers have a lot of skilled player that can play really well. Hope for Game 7 at this point.
What a great series this is going to be
Markstrom must have ripped his pants on that McDavid goal

McDavid is still in his base Form!
Goal getting cancelled after exceptional individual effort and 30 sec later puts it in again... that moment was gold 😅
That one felt good. Flames fans bow down to your god Mike Smith
What a comeback for the Oilers. Go oilers Go #YEG
Макдевид - просто машина!! Слов нет для восхищения!!
Yo. This might be the best serie of all times if it continues that way!
Great game by Smith and Zach Hyman. Fast pace end to end. That nifty move by McDavid to allow Draisaitl to knock the puck in was a clean goal. No different than the second one by McDavid that counted. The officials are ridiculous. McDavid did not run into the goalie nor is it goalie interference. McDavid put on a show.
@chrisdeangerous

Hard disagree. The first was a textbook case of goalie interference.
@bradleyhenry2411

Nah. It was goalie interference. If Markstrom attempts to poke check it, then it would have been allowed.
Мкдевид это же этот из людей икс, для которого все медленно движутся...
That nudge from nuge on hymans goal was an amazing play
As a Wild fan, Connor McDavid is the best Hockey player ever born and I genuinely enjoy watching the Oilers because of him
Hyman is an absolute stud for the Oilers. Leafs lost a real one.
Keith putting up points like it's 2015 in this game!
THIS HAS BEEN A GREAT SERIES!!!
this has to be the most entertaining series of the playoffs!
No shame in loosing to McDavid. He is a good team

Comment is perpetuating a falsehood that McDavid is the whole team. Very demeaning thing to say and not true. Just look at the points. McDavid had 2 points in this game. Third overall on the Oilers team.
Good bounce back starts are still an issue but good character win now bring it back home boys let’s go
That game was just flat out nuts. Big hits, big saves, and goalscorer goals. Now it goes NB on AB-2 to Edmonton.
Wow! What a games, it's true battle on Alberta
