Yes and no. He was great up until the finals last year but his overall history is not great. In 9 NHL postseason years as a #1 goalie, he has sub .900 SV percent in 3 of them and above 3 GAA in 6 of them.

Well, this series has already been worth the price of admission. The second half of this game was an adrenaline-filled rush, topping it off with ecstasy with the clutch Verhaeghe game winner! Awesome game, awesome win! 😻😻😻

Love the moment at 7:06 after Stammer crashes the net, he quickly checks that Bob is alright and they exchange taps of mutual respect. Gotta love the sportsmanship on display there from both sides.

I've been a cats fan my whole life, and I'm absolutely ecstatic. But props to Tampa, they and Vasy were insane. What a tough loss for them but my god what a game.

A beautiful, stunning, amazing game from both goalies. It feels like Tampa is playing at the peak of their offensive abilities, and they struggle to win. And Bobrovsky deprives them of this small chance. If they win two games in the series, it will already be a success given the current situation; Florida is too strong for them.

After the first goal, I saw Bob look annoyed. The second, he continued it. I haven't seen that kind of Bob since he burst on to the scene. If that's the goalie Florida gets, idk who beats them in 7 games

@@p1ls726 The only thing Florida was good at last year besides their goalie was forechecking. They thought they could forecheck their way to a Stanley Cup victory until Vegas neutralized it and exposed them for what they really were. The only reason they got as far as they did was because Boston choked and every other team didn't have the speed and finesse to counter their forecheck.

Bobrovsky is so much fun to watch!!! Wings fan here, rooting for the Panthers to go all of the way! Will be watching every game once them damn Capitals get taken out.

I remember the 90s when my Wings, the Devils and of course the Avalanche were straight up dominating. I had NHL 95 on my Sega Genesis and would play with the Panthers for a challenge, you guys really deserve a Cup! Im fortunate enough to have seen mine win 4 so far in my life time so it’s always nice to see a team who hasn’t done it before, get it done!
