Because it doesn't make you get your permanents stolen, it only wins the game. EDH priorities.

Not killing the Warchief was essentially them all begging to lose to Krenko - really odd choice, especially since quite a bit of removal/fighting was going around.

Seeing Maggie move the creatures tapped by Merchant Raiders to her board made me really confused, especially when she untapped the angel on her turn lol

I have an Marisi deck that I love. One of my favorites. Goading all my opponents creatures is just so good. They never have any blockers next turn after goading them so I don’t have to worry about them blocking. I mostly play 1/1 flying creatures and a lot of creatures with “Shadow”. I build my deck to be a fun, not competitive

I love shadow. The best card in my Marisi deck is the card that forecast shadow. Love giving Marisi Shadow.

The first magic deck I ever built was Krenko on my birthday two years ago during covid. Very cool to see my boy win on my b-day the 28th. Goblins represent! Love the channel, please keep it up.

Interesting enough, frontier siege would have returned to its previous controller once the Maggie was no longer in the game since it was an "on board theft"

@@MTGSavage It it was on the field and someone gained control of it, it returns to its previous controller, as the control effect ends. If it was cast or put on the battlefield by that player, it's exiled.

Assuming there were no sexists at the table, when your game plan involves stealing your opponent's permanents, it generally paints a target on yourself. Just ask any Sen Triplets player out there. 😂

Tap down and stealing are very annoying to deal with and with the treasure production, she could've dropped some major swing had they not pressured her.

Neyith is def a sleeper. I run a monogreen stompy version of her, bc of some cards that really thrive on monogreen like Dungrove Elder. More than a Fight Club, I use her as removal with her trigger.

Because people overreact when their cards get stolen (or in this case, are threatened to be stolen)

So many people tell me that Marisi is better than my Kardur deck. This game is an example of why I love Kardur, instead.

Threat assessment this game makes me cringe lol

Did the table forget to keep track of which Merchant Raiders tapped down which creatures? The one that was a copy of it left the battlefield, but it didn't seem like that was acknowledged. Also, Marisi once again is an obnoxious commander. Not too bad in this game, but alas.

at 1:09 there is no snow-covered mountain. Boy I sure hope someone got fired for that blunder

@@Hidden196 I try to reserve when I activate his ability to either just before my turn, on in response to something. Gives me a bit of flexibility with blocks / attackers if need be.

I don't think I've seen a pirate deck draw so much aggro. Beckett Brass died a lot

Active Krenko with haste is less scary... poor threat analysis IMO. I do hate people messing with my stuff so I get it

Yes! fresh commanders and no more partners like Tymna, vial, sakashima, thrassios

I was told illusionists bracers on krenko just copies the effect i.e. if I tap to make 5 goblins then bracers makes 5 more What this game made me realised is people didn't want to die horribly to a new player playing krenko so gave me misinformation

This is a new pod, Beckett and Marisi is 2 of my favorite commanders! Hey Gang can i plug a new brazillian channel of commander here?

It feels so good to play Krenko. I rarely win by going wide, instead the tokens act like resources for mana-sacs like Skirk Prospector and dig tools for a Goblin War Strike ability

Post Malone plays her in one of the Command Zone videos. He says she is really cruel commander. I've also seen one of my friends make her with sac outlets and such. Im sure youve already built her. This is a year ago post lol just noticing.

@@andrewfornes5320 yeah I built her about a year and a half ago, she slows games down a lot because players don’t want to put any creatures out, so I try to play her more as a “steal and then flicker” commander, because after you flicker they’re no longer attached to her ability

Man these opening hands were mostly garbage
