Good product. A good table saw and a couple of blades will make it easier and give you a cleaner cut. A squared flat porch is an easy install, odd shaped porches can be a nightmare. It seems that the screws were always right where I needed to cut but that was this time.

I think I would have painted the walls first and freshen them up before laying the deck. Looks great though!

what about the ring water underneath?

Have you tried washing this floor? Where does the water go?

Because of the plastic mesh on the bottom the water passes through and underneath. There is a drain on the patio so as long as it’s working the water will flow freely no problem!

Would it be slippery on a rainy day?

Yea. Literally made it difficult to watch. Whoever mixed/edited the audio should know they basically ruined what was otherwise a relatively professional video.
