I believe that applies to anybody in the NHL. If you can't score with lots of time & space then you don't deserve to play in the league.

That was a laser-like release by Domi. He has really delivered for the Leafs!

Never thought i'd see it happen but with this win, the Leafs have the best shootout record in the NHL at 5-1.

It’s these flashes of skill from domi that set him apart from guys like keefoot and engvall. I saw it watching Dallas last year in the playoffs. To all the analysts (Jonas Siegel) who hates on a guy like that, give your head a shake

I'm not throwing out my fighters in a shootout because it would be FUN to see! Rempe can barely skate at 6'9". I hate how the American culture has destroyed our great game with FUN stuff! i really hate toronto. they are not nice to me. so continue to support the money that can come from the new york economy . But the legitimate one. This was the faul of new york.. the had the whole game in the first 2 periods. They should have been ahead 2-3 against 1 from the leafs. They toyed around too much with the leafs, where was kaapo kaako the whole time??? and panarin trying to force shots at times and jim vesey ... forcing shots. But anyways . Love the team. They can really fly and really score at will and will do so and my projection still stands at 111 points for the season because they are a truly outstanding team.

The puck can go backward as long as he continues in any angle of forward momentum, he was nearly going completely sideways but still forward.

It was a nice win but Marners shootout goal should not have counted ,He clearly lost control of the puck when he fanned on his first attempt .Once you lose control for a second the play is dead .Leafs got away with one there .Thats why I dont know why Keefe looses his cool the refs .It all equals out in the end .Sometimes calls go your way and sometimes they dont

He could have fanned or it was maybe just another fake shot that rolled over his stick. Either way he didn't loose full control of the puck enough for anyone to say definitively lost control therefore the goal counted. I think it would have been a good goal if it happened to any other player on the Rangers
