Woll deserves better. Plays behind a lousy defense and he’s been victimized by some weird deflections. The numbers would be better if he didn’t have a clown show for a supporting cast.

Glad to see Domi help get it done for the leafs in the shootout.

The Treliving legacy displayed for all to watch. Leafs still giving up 4 goals a game against the also hapless Flames.

I mean did you watch how the goals went in for cgy? 3 of them were pinball goals. Hard to stop it when it bounces off 4 players and a stick lol.

the laffs are so bad this year that every once in a while the refs give them a break (or two --- kadri had a goal)

@@nikshill8767 Yeah, usually when those goals go in when it was whistled early, they give the team the goal. The two most recent times I can think of when they didn't allow the goal was Brayden Point against the Leafs this past playoffs, and then this goal by Kadri.

That may be how they wrote the rule but that's not the spirit of it. In reality it should be that the PLAYER has to keep moving toward the net, not the puck. They would have whistled it dead if he had to skate back for it.

@@AM-3.4 Hague had a goal in game 5 of the SC finals, and Marchand had a goal in game 4 vs the Panthers. These were both shot after the refs intended to blow the whistle. I do have to rewatch the Kadri play to see how long after the whistle it actually was, but the puck was just sitting there, like the Marchand goal.

Now beat a good team like Vancouver tonight and I will be impressed.

The Leafs should’ve won easily at 4-1. This Leaf team is no different than Doug Carpenter’s Leaf team. Good at scoring goals but no defence.

LEafs could sure use 2 of Calgarys D men how about this trade ? Nylander and Klingberg to Calgary for Hanafin and Zadorov ( Calgary abosrbs ALL of KLingberg salary ) If I am the LEafs I do this deal all day long .This would solve the LEafs D woes and Nylander will NOT keep up this pace for a full year ,He will cool down soon
