Just watching this now and ya i am happy i decided a week or so ago to pack a couple bandanas for you. God knows (without us knowing) what is needed and ‘directs’ us. I so believe that!! I teared up when you got emotional about being in NH and only this and Maine left to go! You and Leo are rockin’ in. It was amazing to be able to help you guys out a bit on your hike. Leo even gave me kisses. He is a sweet sweet dog! I love how you always consider him and take such great care of him!! It was funny how he chewed the carrots and watermelon and spit them out and ate the chicken and hamburger. “Give me the good stuff” 🐾 Can’t wait to see you guys standing up on that sign at Katardin! 🙏🏼

Welcome to New Hampshire Mike and Leo! I imagine by now, you two are somewhere near Crawford Notch maybe? I hope the Whites aren't kicking your butts too bad, and that Leo is able to traverse all the rocks. I am hoping you have, and have had, all bluebird days as you're going across Franconia Ridge and up there in the Presi's. The views here are epic(!!!), so take your time and enjoy. But most important, stay safe up there. Wishing I could come up and do trail magic, but I'm stuck at work all week. [ :( ] NH loves you!!!

Now that you are nearing a TON of ladders and iron rungs that Leo may/may not be able to negotiate, I REALLY, really, hope he can do it. ?Let him loose to figure out his own way around them? Is if feasible to get a small dog sling to lower him down or pull him up? Other dogs do it but I imagine dogs, like people, vary in their abilities. Anywho, positive power to you both in that regard. Soldier on.

Congrats on another state! Early in the video you mentioned doing chores while in camp and I've heard other thru-hikers talk about that as well. As a hiking newbie I really have no idea what camp chores entail. Could you do a video on the chores that you do? And the daily start of and end of your day? I'm curious of the things that you've done to make it all the way from Georgia to New Hampshire successfully. What should I look to do as I begin my hiking phase of life and maybe someday attempt a thru-hike myself?

Congrats on finishing up another state! That boarder crossing sign has to be in the top 10 most photographed spots 😄And yes, you really look different without the mustache. I did that once, went to work and my customers where saying things like "dude! grow it back" lol Great hook up with a couple trail angels!
