Yeah I think it's tough when it's a new book and you want to highlight when rules change. And Soulblight had almost every rule change so it comes up often!

Arcane Tome cannot be taken by any model with the following keywords: Wizard, Priest, Khorne.

And Arcane Tome no longer allows you to take a spell enhancement so you can only use it to cast Arcane Bolt and Mystic Shield, not any allegiance spells.

Maybe Luka invites people to play AoS so he can bully them with his rolls. Ooof, talk about punishing and it's not like SoulBlight needed help.

Mess up the arcane tome can't be taken by a wizard. Still love the SB keep it up

Liking to share the Tome update.😢 Priests, Wizards, and Khorne cannot take the Tome, not can the Tome grant any Lore spells.

I had the same thought, then had @monkeysayin thought soon after. I don't remember their production turn around but I think it's at least a few weeks. Plus they film multiple games and release them over time.

I love this mega battle with 2 of my favorite armies facing off :)

"big guys should have weaknesses, if they don't fail it's no fun.". Yes I agree for everyone but Nagash, hes a God. The fact that he's a playable model is dumb lol, any deity would be, so because he's a God working within his domain he should work as intended. He's the only model in the game that this would apply to, from my knowledge. Lol.

I wonder, do you think it would make more sense to swap Nagash and Teclis spellcasting rules? Not 1 for 1, but the idea that Teclis auto casts X amount vs Nagash who gets +3 to 8 casts. Teclis doesn't miscast, but Nagash can? Or maybe even make it so Nagash can't miscast, it just fails and tries the next spell? Part of me thinks the rules team is more tinkering instead of rewriting, so that's why Nagash seems so outdated. But yes, God of the Undead for ~1000 pts should feel more God-like. Half the time you just run out of spell options anyways.

25:40 The counterpoint is, it feels awful if your character whos a bunch of points and main gimmick is casting a bunch of spells... Stops casting all spells. If your first spell of a round is a backlash then it feels awful and that your half an army character did little to nothing.

34:50. Well zombie dragon breath got exactly 3 times better minus effect of autohit rule it lost. D6 dam3 is same as 3 dam d6 :) Also rend from -3 to -1 hurts

I think without Nagash SBG wouldn't be that strong as in they lack consistent spell casting and a lot of spells beeing 7+ but in this report they seemed super strong

Those clear ones are the GW brand ones. Labeled for 40k "Apocalypse", they come in 28, 32, and 40 mm. I used them for 80 plague monks lol. They work pretty well, nice amorphous shapes!

Do those guys have a KZread channel?

Nagash sure was impressive / oppressive and boosted the whole SBGL magic lore to the max. If they would have ditched the god models, Slaves would have had a much better day (probably a win)

How many years do we have to see constant 5+ rolls on those very very weirdly weighted taco cat dice before they are banned from reports? This is now community known dodgy dice, yet they constantly use them

Sweet. Archaon seems weird for an 800+ points model. He has a bunch of things he does but nothing Exceptional. Like, he can make a unit fight on death, and with mark of nurgle he tanks SUPER well, but everything else just seems like a random assortment of things stuck on to justify his points cost. All the other MEGA units have something super impactful that is immediately impactful. But he just seems.....bad? At least in comparison to other super pricy units.

you should delete the vengorian lord and add belladamma, when her spell "under the killing moon" is not banned, you get a whole 24" aura of exploding 6s !!! the vengorian lord is now absolutely worthless out of his anvengorii dynasty

Except Avengorii is a pretty awful subfaction. Maybe someone will unlock it's secrets, but on first glance it's quite lame

after the ridiculous point increases across all armies making 2k games way too small, 3k is the way to go.

Lord of Karkadrak is awful unit, no matter how GW rework him, he still do nothing. He is bad fighter, bad support, because lord on mount cheaper and can give same bonus for knights. This unit must not exist in game the way it is now

"We're here for fun" The rallying cry of everybody about to make an obviously stupid decision and then complain about how bad their dice are for the next hour of the inevitable loss.
