Did you guys do a follow up video a year later? Also, can you do a video on where we find who to call? I keep watching videos saying to call expired listings, open listings, for sale by owner, recently sold.. but where do you get this information? I normally only find the last or current listing agent’s information, not the actual owner. Please, help on where we can find the best resources on where to get hot sheets for the best list for cold calling. Thanks for the helpful information !

DUDE WOWSERS!!!!! I can’t believe it’s taken so long, I got my license in March and I’ve just been being so passive on posting on Social Media and getting NOWHERE. I kid you not, I made 5 calls with the script Yair said and I have a listing appointment tomorrow and a hot follow-up Saturday. Dude Yair you made me cry bro I just didn’t want it bad enough, I was too scared to pick up the phone!!! Thank you guys so much, this stuff truly works, sellers are so open to talking about the home and the tonality makes it seem like you’re just an option - not calling for a paycheck. I’m going to get a listing!!!!!!

@@bbmk88 19 now, finished my real estate state exam back in April, and just interviewed with a brokerage in my area and will likely end up there. I have a weird situation, back home from college (go to UCF in Orlando) so I’ll be at a place for the next 3 months and then have my paper work transferred to another brokerage when I go back. But all is well and I’m just getting started!

My only problem is I have no issue making these calls but it’s the appointment!! I’m trying to master these appointment scripts because no matter how many calls/appointments I make if I can’t convince them I’m the best agent in the marketplace at the preview/listing I’m wasting my time making the calls in the first place.

I think this is exactly where mind set comes in..... the confidence of knowing your script and offering value..... not so much convincing them of anything. It sounds like a display of your value and knowledge instead.

Agreed. I have always the mindset, hard working to the point of no sleep, no eat, and award winning customer service record in all fields of work. Mentoring in this field, as mentioned, is additionally critical. Never had it. After three months, an assigned mentor should have a little bit more advice to give than to upload your sphere into your online system. 7 years and the best mentoring I found is with people like Brandon, online. Thank you!

This young man is all inspiring! And look at him he is wearing a suit! Brandon😉. I finally landed on a small team that believes in prospecting, coaching, and supports me 110% I am not in competition with them.. Now it's just me fine-tuning my skills! Yair is a younger me in his head...I allowed life and my husband's paycheck to become complacent up until now - now that I have this group, my team, and my coach! Me yair think the exact same. I’m only 16 and have been watching and gaining as much information as I can to be the most successful real estate agent in Houston by the time in 23. Mindset, mindset, mindset is the key, And like Yair said is how bad do you want it ? I know I do because I can’t see me living a life without being a successful business man. Therefor i nothing can get in the way of my success because it’s already guaranteed.

This young man is very good.

To my knowledge, there’s several states that penalize realtors that actively wholesale with a real estate license. You’re breaking your fiduciary duties by selling a contract and taking money away from the seller. Several realtors have already have been called into court and have had to pay a fine, return the earned money from the assigned contract to the seller, and got their license revoked.

Hey Brandon! First of all, thank you so much for uploading this amazing content - it has been super inspiring and helpful for me. I have been facing a problem that you might be able to help me with. I’m a realtor in Lisbon - where there’s a huge shortage of construction and the number of houses entering the market is really low - and the most common objection I hear from the potential sellers is “I don’t need an agent/it’s not worth paying the agent commission because I will sell my house anyway”. In your eyes, what kind of argument should I give the next time a FSBO tells me this?

Where is this young man today? Impressive.

My broker actually got us a private seminar with the author of never split the difference. It was good but this is better.

Question, is it harder to convert FSBO’s that have been sitting on the market for a few months? I know most of your videos talk about dropping off a FSBO back up plan and then 2 months later they get the listing. But if you were to go to FSBO house that has been sitting on the market, are they more likely to hire you almost on the spot?

How do you respond to "Well, do you have a buyer?"

where do you even get phone numbers??
