My second time watching. I’m coming back with a pad and pen for a third. Your presentation is thorough and the options you give offer clients, regardless of which plan they choose, a service that seems more than enough to get the job done. I’d be interested to see the end result profit for the clients based off of which plan. One way the end at 133k the other….? Love the work! Glad I found the channel. This guy freaking killed this appointment, my goodness. Didn't even have to specify what tips and tricks he used were, it was obvious because of the execution Getting them to sign the disclosure when they were unsure, taking control of the whole conversation from the beginning, Stacking your strongest counterarguments first, Poking holes in their defense instead of being on the defense when confronted by the commission, Indirectly justifying the commission by having such a structured promotion. Just screams professionalism. My goodness.

How do you find the phone numbers for the expired listing owners ? All I get is the previous agents

You can get about 80% as good as him in 6 months of constant selling. I’m an introvert who would sweat when I first started selling and I was presenting like this guy with 6 months of daily selling

Homes are selling in our area in weeks. Everyone, the other video he mentioned is really worth watch. The smart seller program and flexible compensation is probably the most respectable thing I've heard a realtor say in years. You have inspired me to do a flat fee listing for $1,700.00. Get my home on the major real-estate websites. Conduct my own showings and refer my buyer to someone like you for 1% ($4,000.00) or less (wink wink) Dude you Rock!!!!!

I’ve watched a ton of listing presentations and keep coming back to this one. This is flawless. Not once in this video do you hear Brandon say “If you hire me, I’m gonna do everything in my power…” blah blah. Same thing you every other agent say. Even other “coaches”. EVERYTHING is covered. This one is just, different. idk how to explain it

I’m in software sales, not real estate. But your demeanor and overall presentation is a perfect balance of assertiveness without any pushiness whatsoever. I’ve adopted some of your style and the quality of my calls is much better. You deserve more subs👍

@@mekshot. Hi! I’m doing well I actually has an open house today that scored me some buyers. I would say learn how to do CMA’s well. Practice a few times and have other agents or your broker look over the price or price range you got from that. Know your contracts. The hardest part is getting the listing. You really have to put yourself out there and learn about the market. The more fluent you are with real estate the more people will come to you about it. If it’s priced properly then it will sell. Inventory’s really low right now so most properties are receiving multiple offers unless it’s over priced then it probably won’t. What brokerage are you with and what state?

Just that I got an older mentor who isn’t really that active in the market, and just goes off of referrals which I don’t have! 🤣😂 but I’m trying my best, my next plan was to start door knocking for like 4 hours and see how that goes. What about yourself, what brokerage and what state are you in?

@@BrandonMulrenin I've been an agent for 8 months. I've been on 1 listing appointment. Most I've represented was buyers. They used someone they knew. But it wasn't in detailed like this. Seems here you got objectives before they came about.

Brandon, I love this video and your stuff is gold! You did the listing presentation in your office instead of their home?

New agent here, I took notes word for word the video and objections. Took me 3 days and a total of 3 in a half hours including watching the video once, then watching it a second time taking the notes. This is very golden info, I don't understand most this vocab and will have to look at what programs and comissions my team offers to see what I can do, but this is gold. I will maybe end up taking your vocab and mannerism strategies. I might end up exactly like you. I might just start dressing and wearing the same watch as you. I like your grey hair. HMMMM do you say grey or gray?? I was thinking about dying my hair anyways. God I can't wait to work with you

Love this presentation! I'm going to learn it by heart and will setup a coaching consultation once I get my first commission check.

This is such a great meeting presentation. I've never seen one like this before and now I understand why I was not hired for some listings. Although my package includes what he went over, I see how I did not convey my offerings the way Brandon did which resulted in me not getting hired for the ones I did not win. My take away is that we can't expect sellers to read our prelisting material, especially for prospects you don't know personally. You have to expect them not to read all your great information and be prepared to explain everything thoroughly in a short amount of time. When you join a brokerage, majority of brokers don't teach you how to do a proper listing presentation. I don't understand why that is. But, thank you for sharing this. I appreciate it. Will following for more tips!❤
