LSUDV124 the refs also missed several game changing penalties that helped the aints. Such as the Obvious face mask on Goff that was not called that made us get 3 points instead of 7, making the game tied instead of a lead. And I’d also like to point out if Robey Colman had turned his head it would’ve been a pick 6. The refs are not the only reason the saints lost. It’s just their excuse for all of the above and blowing a big lead on their home turf even though Jared Goff’s helmet radio was “suspiciously” not working for the whole first quarter

I know I’m a year late but earlier in that game the rams got a 1st down that was ruled short and was a turn over on downs in field goal range so this no call makes up for that

When Brees threw that OT pick, he was face masked and Michael Thomas was interfered.

These peeps need to be strong about feeling the loss pain.

Yea bad calls/no calls are extremely rare and only the Saints have felt the negative effects of such things......

Horrible no call but it's kinda fun watching people cry about it.

This was so big that it dwarfs the next years no call when Rudolph fully extended arms pushes off for the game winning TD in OT

Im no fan of saints but when they didn't call pass interference i got mad

And none of these folks mentioned the dropped TD pass by #85, or being stopped in the redzone by the Rams in the next series which caused them to kick two field goals and leaving 8 points on the field in the first half. Or the Rams defense causing Brees to throw the pick in OT. But yeah it was the refs that cost them the game. No accountability, it's always someone elses fault. I guess when they watch the film, the bad call will be on loop.

I truly do feel bad for the Saints, they worked very hard and played a great game, it's unfortunate that penalty wasn't called but Rams did spectacular in a stadium where they weren't even allowed to communicate with each other AND let's not forget the missed calls on the Saints. Saint's had another opportunity to score first and win in OT yet with the Pick Rams won with a freakin long 57 YARD field goal! At the end of the day either team was a good candidate to go to LIII but to actually pull off a win against the Pats, Rams are going to need Gurley and different play strategies if they want to win.
