If they miss a call in the middle of the game that’s cool, I’m alright with that. There were many missed calls that would’ve helped the Saints but I didn’t get that angry. But when you miss a call that late in the game, when that much is at stake, and you are that close to the play, you can’t ignore it and it’s disgusting to pay to go see an unfairly called game.

1991 wildcard Falcons score on a 61 yard play with a little over 2 min left in the game to go up 27-20. Saints throw an interception on the final drive. Kind of dramatic, but the Falcons lost 24-7 to the Redskins the next week. 2010 wildcard the Marshon Lynch run with a little over 3 min left in the game to go up 41-30. Saints scored on the next possession to make it 41-36, but didn't get the onside kick and lost. Pretty dramatic, the Lynch run was insane, but the next week Seahawks lost to the Bears 35-24. 2011 divisional back and forth with the 49ers in the 4th qtr with the niners getting the go ahead winning td with :10 seconds left to win the game 36-32. That game was dramatic, miraculous, and insane. Again the next week the 49ers lost 20-17 in ot to the Giants. 2017 divisional the Stefon Diggs catch of course was all 3 dramatic, miraculous, and insane also could add unbelievable Saints lose 29-24, but the next week the Vikings lost to the Eagles 38-7. 2018 championship missed PI call Rams win that game which was dramatic, miraculous for them, and insane also inexcusable because PI wasn't called. But yet again the next game 2 weeks later the Rams lost to the Patriots 13-3. 2019 wildcard Vikings again have the Saints number and beat them in ot 26-20. A little dramatic, but i'm sure you know what happened. The next week the Vikings lose 27-10 to the 49ers.

To be honest taking a PI call was the best option that safety had. Either let the receiver catch a deep ball and possibly get additional yards or make the hit and either get no call or spot of the foul. It was a smart play that worked out for the rams.

I'm a Packers fan and this pains me and just leaves me knowing the NFL is rigged. I can only imagine how saints fans feel. Sorry we had to miss Brady vs Brees and instead have the worst Superbowl of all time. We miss you Drew, it was always fun to see your offense go out there and get work done.

Plenty of facemasks were done to the Rams (saints seem to have a history of this, they did many facemasks in their previous game against the rams). Don't deserve to go to the superbowl? Saints had a 13 point lead. Won coin toss in OT. Let rams tie the game in a minute & a half. Saints had home field advantage and one of the best QB's. Rams succesfully fooled the saints silly defense with a fake punt, and our kicker made a 48 yard fieldgoal and a 57 yard fieldgoal right after. Kicker scored almost half our points matter-of-fact. We don't deserve to go to the superbowl? Your QB threw a damn pick on the second play of overtime. Your team crumbled under pressure, imagine what a fool they would make of themselves against notorious comeback king Tom Brady in a superbowl.

No, the NFL is responsible. They need replays of any play on the field if there is a controversial call, or a play that needs a closer look. It's 2019, and a thousand cameras could get a thousand different angles of the same blown call... But NO REPLAY?!?

That’s situational football right there. The non PI call is overshadowing Sean’s playcalling in the critical 2 minutes of the game.

I’ll never forget this game for the rest of my life. I went on my lunch break at work and went to go watch the rest of the game and called my dad before the kick was going through. We got to see the kick go in together and both celebrated over the phone. My dad told me he was so happy he got to share the moment with me shortly after my dad passed 4 days later. Hearing the call again reminded me of that phone call. Miss you dad.
