I love this model home. This is one of the best designs I've seen in a long time.The color scheme inside and out, the furniture, artwork, just everything is perfect and that's rare coming from me lol. Beautiful home.

Things you don’t like you can change. I don’t like kitchen cabinets. Beautiful home. Tub and tile I like walk in shower better. Bedrooms nice size.

This is the exact same house plan I have and we have an 83 in tv in our theater.

They already sold the model as a leaseback. They have 2 in inventory that you could get a good deal on.

Hard to find on new homes but they do exist.

I saw many bottles of water in the pantry. There is no potable water in Winter Garden?

The water is for quests viewing the home. All the New communities have city water which is fine for drinking.

Really? Model homes usually have stocked pantries and fridges so house hunters can have water or a soda.

For that price do not like desk taking up cabinet space Sink should be in the middle island not the one next to living area. Do not like backsplash to busy To dark. Wire racks in closets. No. No.

The Bishop floor plan starts at 752k. Most of the Bishops on the water sell around 1m.

I like the layout but the furniture and paint has to go
