I don’t know why all these floor plans are the same, they always put an office right off the entry like it’s a business. I want my formal living room off my entry and then the formal dining. I’m ok with a kitchen family room open concept but that’s about it. There can be a study downstairs after the formal rooms that’s where it belongs.

I’m sure your question wasn’t for me, but I can tell you people do it all the time and yes often with furniture included. When developers build houses the first thing they do is develop a set of model homes to show the public. But the model homes aren’t just for show, after all phases of the development have been sold and completed the last thing they do is sell the model homes. And as I stated previously people often purchase these homes with the furniture....sometimes people will even wait for a particular model home to go on sale because they love it so much and want that particular home...

Would be easier to spot it that tree wasn't blocking the whole right side of the house. It looks like a tiny cottage from the front.

This is another beautiful house! I have a question that's driving me crazy!! When you show the front outside facade of the home I can clearly see two bow windows. There is one on the right and one on the left. When you video the inside of the house, the bow window on the outside left is a bedroom. Then you come out of there - take a right out of that bedroom and head straight for the next room - that turns out to be a small bathroom with no window. Where the heck is the room with the other bow window and what the heck is it. I have watched the video 4 times figuring I somehow missed it. Did you skip a room?? Please let me know as it is driving me crazy! Lol!
