I have a sea hunt bx20br and I put a 112 36volt 72” Terrova - nice job on install bro

Going out Friday to test my out. I got the big boy with the 36v. I built three lifepo4 310amp hour batteries. Each battery weighs 25lbs less then a group 31 and my three are equivalent to 18 group 31 batteries. Lifepo4 is the way to go. Tight lines!

Nice video... Spot lock is a life changer for sure.. been using my minn Kota for around 6yrs .. one of the first models to have spot lock.. just purchased new minn Kota terrova and its like night and day difference...

I will never ever fish on a boat without the trolling motor to be specific without a Minnkota spot luck trolling motor it is definitely a game changer

I just picked up My Terrova and can't wait to install my 18' Center Console.

I’m ready to get my minn kota trolling motor very soon I’ve done some much research and videos on this product for almost a year. I wanna get one for my 17’ ft mako center console, cause I am getting tired of using anchors trying get set up to fish. Thanks for the video buddy

When you install this to rover on your center consul did you have the head unit sensor that came with the trolling motor?

My apologies for the delayed response I would strongly recommend going with the 60 inch shaft if you’re on the fence I definitely wish I would’ve gotten the longer shaft especially when you’re in choppy water

bill bonner here I have the same trolling motor be very careful loading your boat boat seems to rise when u get to the wench u may hit and break your prop do not back down so far that the wench is under water you may have to wench the boat the last foot or so after u pull the boat out of the water

What species of fish are those? I live in south Louisiana and do a lot of inshore fishing... mostly for speckled trout, red fish and flounder

There has got to be a way to run a fish tape from the CC up to the anchor locker, you can keep the plug in there and run the cable through the rope hole

Please, try to SEAL the low unit. The O seal doesn't keep out leaks water inside. I bought a NEW Terrova and I used it 2 time and start to getting WATER inside. Rust anywhere inside.

I just ordered my trolling motor and it gets installed next week. I have a 2021 key west 219FS. I had the factory install trolling motor plug and prewiring. Your dealer should have told you this. Great video!

@@danielfalcon6759 my regular boat batteries are in my console (2) and my 2 trolling batteries will also go in there. Yes the factory prewire has a trolling motor plug already installed in the anchor locker and the cables end inside the console with some extra slack. Makes labor much cheaper with the dealer so they aren’t pulling wire.

I have the same trolling motor.but I’m not getting power to the unit for some reason. It’s not a battery issue. I haven’t had time to figure it out. I don’t think it’s the trolling motor

Use a voltage tester and test all the connections this should indicate where the issue begins

Good video but you need a longer shaft if you get in some chop your motor going to lift out of the water too much

So that new trolling motor is working off your remote around your neck & nothing to do with you fishfinder/gps unit ??

Since it's using GPS to hold position this would be considered Dynamic Positioning .

If you want a house in lewes on pilot town road you better invent your own trolling motor better than min kota or any other. Homes on that road are 7 figures.
