Would love to own this aircraft one day! Literally on my bucket list to fly one of these. Trained on the DV20 out of CTFTC in Cape Town, and just got my CPL/IR/ME on a Seneca II . Doing my FI stuff now. Hopefully see this baby one day in the future :)

What a great video, hopfully the first of many to come. Micke and Luis certainly work well as a team with a great rapor that makes for thorougly entertaining viewing. This channel has created some of the best general aviation content on youtube, as well as being a great advertisment for Diamond Aircraft and the DA62.

To keep things short, all permissions were done by “GASE” “General Aviation Support Egypt” . Basically we sent them the routing and then they did their magic😊

Great video as usual! Micke, how come you switch PITOT & (Stall Heat?) off when on the cruise? We always keep it on from runway to runway in the UK, and that's how I was taught.

When were you at Kilimanjaro? I was there end of August start of a two week safari in Tanzania. Included some flights in a Caravan.

Stink fish in the Diamond NO NO NO! , I once was offered some of that in Iceland took one Sniff and had to take a large gulp of my Gull Beer.
