Thank you so much for this video. Great presentation, not the usual quick walk through. I like you opened all the cabinets, too. As to the RV itself - it's by far the most beautiful Fifth Wheel I have ever seen. I know, it's just my opinion and my taste but to me, this floor plan is brilliant, it has everything and in a way I'd like to find it in an RV. The cabinetry is gorgeous, the wood so beautiful. The dinette isn't cramped, it's a nice place to sit and enjoy a meal. Great job, I could live in this RV and be happy there.

The most spacious, thought-out, beautiful, and solid built home on wheels I've experienced to date. These are built like tanks for a reason. They last. These units will not depreciate like assembly line RVs built in a 5 hours. In 10 years this unit will look and perform just as good as the day you took delivery. It'll also have almost twice the resale value of a gel coated RV that was stated to be full-time, but not built to withstand full-time use beyond 5 years. I don't care about the weight simply because it's parked. Anytime she needs to be moved a call is made to a towing company or one of those self employed guys and gals who hire out their 1 ton trucks. Occasionally you'll find a rig on a return journey from another delivery. If you're flexible with timing, the rate can be lower. Just make sure you know your weight and total length. Additionally, verify their insurance, license, and bond. As well as, ensuring your insurance is covering liability in the event of a serious accident. You don't want to be sued personally if the hired truck, for whatever reason, wasn't covered. Examples of this are: dad bring 16yo son along. Son isn't listed or covered on the insurance. Driver brings a buddy with suspended license but let's him/her drive so they don't have to stop. Company you hired subs the job out to a driver who let his insurance/bond lapse or defaulted on the last payment. Insurance card looks valid, but the policy was cancelled 4 months ago for non-payment, DUI, or suspended license. In all these actual instances, your insurance would cover you and potentially victim(s). Just be certain you have the correct coverage before the unit is hitched up for transit. A good driver will have no problem handing over his/her insurance card so you can call to verify coverage prior to hitching up. If they say no, tell them to run along. You, your friends & family, nor any of your social media followers, will ever require their services again. One small, but easily remedied issue, in my experience, is the water manifold exposed to cargo in the basement. One wrong move with cargo hitting the manifold, in just the wrong way, could derail your plans for a few days. I'm certain they've fixed this by now. Just something to look for in any RV with a water manifold. Definitely not a deal breaker for anyone. A simple hinged or removable 1/4 inch plywood cover is all that's needed to ensure no damage occurs during transit or when loading or unloading cargo. I'd also like to see few hatches. Many of the small hatches can be consolidated. The more holes in the unit, the more seams and seals you have to maintain and worry about leaking. Auto leveling, fuse boxes, disconnect, etc, etc, can easily be placed inside the basement. Sorry. Got a bit chatty and rambled on a bit. Happy Holidays all! Cheers from Seattle!

This is a beautiful trailer. I especially like the wood joinery. The color and pattern are gorgeous. There are two features I don't like, however. Firstly, I think mounting the generator under the trailer is a mistake. Doing any maintenance on it would be extremely difficult. I would gladly sacrifice the added storage space for a "normal" generator mount. Secondly, I dislike the dinette with the free-standing chairs. I don't like sitting on hard chairs while I eat. I find them to be uncomfortable. Unfortunately, it seems that most of the trailer manufacturers have gone to these. I would much prefer a u-shaped or booth dinette with a "cushy" seating area. By the way, I like the flooring a lot. What is it? That was not described. Thanks.

Appears to be real hardwood or engineered wood with a 5mil layer of hardwood on top. Chairs are an easy fix. Buy yourself some Parsons chairs with padded back and seat. The advantage of padded Parsons chairs is the availability of fitted slip covers for a change of look all year long. I love the portability of the dining set for full time living. I can remove the tabletop, flip in over on the floor, lay cotton batting over it, and place my Christmas 🌲 on it. I use the pedestal stand from the table as a stand for a poinsettia. Additionally, because the set is freestanding I am able to rotate table to create buffet style food service when multiple guests are visiting for the holidays, birthdays, and when football, soccer, baseball, basketball, the Olympics, and other big events are on.
