if it wasn't for that ugly spoiler then i would definitely be one of the most beautiful cars. But if they release the V12 Coupe version with a spoiler fix... Then we are talking

I like it - but I don't love it - I used to have a Dino in around 2001 - that was a beautiful car - whether or not you agree or disagree that it wasn't a real Ferrari or not it was beautiful from every angle - and I would argue that the Disco Volante with it's alfa Romeo underpinnings where former TG presenter JC said was the most beautiful car he had ever seen - and in drop top form even more so - so no not the most beautiful car - not to me anyway - and there are plenty of Maserati's and Alfa's which could hold that title - especially the new - Stradale 33

I don't know what it is, maybe it's age, but now I find the idea of a GT Ferrari WAY more appealing than the hardcore models, and when that GT is a convertible it's just delicious 🥰

Same man. It’s weird but also freeing losing that feeling of needing the fastest track machine that we drooled after when we were kids, and getting used to the fact that the GT models are simply better for our real lifestyles

Yep. So far my favorite models from Ferrari are oddly the GT models: GTC4 Lusso, Portfino M & Roma Spider

It's got to be age. I'm there too. Currently in the market for a new fun convertible weekend driver, and my focus has been more on comfort than track weapon capabilities. So much so my son even commented with a knowing smile"Dad, your preferences seem to have changed." Nothing to be ashamed of, I suppose.

Ferrari’s road car division was born as a mechanism to subsidize their race team. Enzo hated it. But it started with GT cars. It wasn’t until the 70’s and 80s that ferrari branched off and began developing sleeker more race focused street cars. It’s nice to see them returning to their heritage. The Roma is such a gorgeous car. And it drives even better. They knocked this one out of the park.

This intro is inarguably the BEST intro done on AutoTrader!!! Props RORY 💯

Internal combustion engine cars had been confirmed to continue until 2035 instead of 2030, and considering electric cars will explode by the lots before then, possibly killing many occupants along the way, and people will be aware than EVs actually do significantly more environmental damage than ICE cars even before they start rolling on the streets, i believe that EVs will eventually be banned. And ICE will live on. Just like they do in aviation and shipping. Since when anything with “half-ton batteries” is any good for the environment? I cannot fathom the insanity of current generation.

It makes you realise how attractive the original Jaguar F Type was, even the final addition with the changed head lights is available for £85k from most dealerships with full near 600HP

I confess, for me it´s not the best looking Ferrari.. no way!! But you are the best automotive journalist!!!

They say that money doesn't buy happiness, but this looks very much like happiness to me! It's a fantastic car that makes me proud of being Italian, and it's an excellent video that does it full justice. Well done Rory and crew!

Love your intros! Very beautifully designed Ferrari. Reminds me of their classic models. The video requires more close up shots showcasing design because that’s the best thing this car has to offer over its own previous designs and that of it’s competitors. Pete :”)

It is beautiful. I find front-engined cars to be much more beautiful because of their proportions (long-bonnet) than mid-engined cars. Roma is stunning.

First time I saw the Ferrari Roma I feel in love with it. This would be the Ferrari I would most certainly get if I could afford it. Rather it be a hard top coupe or spider it is in my opinion the most beautiful Ferrari yet!

JBL is an historic brand that make high-end audiophile system but also horrible sounding cheap gear. If it sound that bad it's cut costing from Ferrari by selecting cheap speakers / amp from that brand and yeah it's a shame.

JBL does make some awesome stuff. But they are not who I would ever consider for a car. I consider them for concerts and events, but a car? Yeah not so much.

Ferrari’s Roma and Purosangue are simply divine, and the Roma Spider is arguably more so than both. Everything about it is just exceptional

Confirm, I passed recently near the black one... Gentleman like in late 60s... Smoothly driving at 100 in the right lane, no hurry, no burning... And it looks like a normal coupe (especially in black) rather than a track katana.

That seat seems to move around a lot!? Is that to allow for a stiffer suspension? I admittedly don't watch my seat while I drive my 2013 fiesta.

I think Ferrari held his opinions on comparison with the Portofino M at “Ransom” - I don’t know how you can review the the Roma and not compare it with the Portofino M - I think I like the hard top and tactile buttons and switches better than the “new” offering 😅

Mr Reid, you hit the nail on the head. I am an avid Aston Martin fan, big time, and have always regarded new Ferrari cars without consideration. The Roma, however, caught my eye when I saw the Harrys Garage review, after seeing him on the M5 heading home earlier in the week. Astons, with the Mercedes engines are not Astons. The beating heart of a car is the engine, and Ferrari have maintained a level of history and refinement, so much so, that to choose is now quite a difficult choice......Older Astons that is...... Thank you for an enjoyable review
