This type are the worst. They make all cars look good so all the manufacturers will pay them for reviews.

For me, Rory is the pinnacle of automotive storytelling. These videos are mini works of art, a real pleasure to watch. Oh, and what a car!

It looks like a movie as is an (impressive) parody of Inception plus using music similar to Tenet, a homage to Christopher Nolan and it’s very impressive.

Every time a new car like this launches, I always look forwards to Rorys review, him as a host and the way they edit the videos and the shots, absolutely amazing!

Goosebumps while watching this masterpiece ....what a piece of machine this is

@@alexserbelfit probably a big Porsche head, but the fact this was built the Ferrari way from the ground up. Listen to this, front mid mounted V12 pumping over 700hrs, suicide electric rear does, front hinged bonnet, it looks different too. It’s so different to the regular SUV formula. The Turbo GT is great but it’s limited and it’s the best within the “ normal “ fast SUV line up. Ferrari came to change things. I also like that it’s not going to flood the market like the Urus, to make it even more special.

@@gnisselmabambe587 It looks less practical than a Sedan and it's also very low for a SUV. Like, what the Urus does so well is that your ride height makes it feel like a proper SUV, very high up YET it's fast. This Ferrari is not a SUV. That is why Ferrari calls it an FUV. I doubt that this Purosangue will eat much if at all any market share away from the Urus. The Urus is still the only supercar SUV from a luxury brand. The Purosangue afaik has no competition in the luxury brand-space in that price class. McLaren GT maybe? Not sure.

Mad props to RORY, his enthusiasm and the crew, cinematography and the video editor, their skils get mad props to convince me how cool this new Ferrari is. I was skeptical at first, but it really is something unique. Well played lads!!😂👍👏

You’ve cemented a thought in my head Rory. You are an automotive journalist, you review cars and skilled people record the images and sound. It’s a different ball game from that which a lot of others play, which is - look at me waving my hands about and I’ll talk really loudly as if I’m talking to dumb 10-year-olds and I will insult your intelligence by talking down to you, but hey I’m a KZreadr and maybe I’ll get more famous.. They can shove it honestly. I prefer the real deal, I prefer to watch and listen to you. All day every day.

This is car journalism perfection. Challenging analysis, unbiased opinions and wonderful cinematography. Thank you Rory turning the KZread motoring journalism on its head.

Rory, your presentations are amazing to look at. Every time I watch, I watch them over and over again to see if there are any points I may have missed. Who does your productions? How long does it take to complete them? And yes, if I had the money, I would definitely buy this car. :)

Wow the last Ferrari that made me say "I want that" was the 458 Italia. Before that, the F50. Excellent job showcasing it's handling. Would love to see an interior tech review of it. Definitely would get this way over the competition. I think they did a good job for their 1st genuine 4 door vehicle. Hope they keep up with it.

@@TheRealCartman1 It's very clearly shaped like an SUV, the body it self is tall so this isn't like the Audi A6 All-Road which is a raised wagon 🤔 But if we're getting technical, this is an FUV, this is so radically different from a Sports Utility Vehicle, that Ferrari's marketing turns out to be true, this is a "Ferrari Utility Vehicle" so "a Ferrari first and foremost." :)

Purosangue is less common and wouldn't be recognized by most people, which is a plus to me. It's also a car that you can road trip n haul ass in all terrains with all your friends sitting in comfort. Its a discreet rare gem

@@StevenAkinyemi Ferrari always makes cars in much lower numbers. If there’s demand for 3000 cars, they’ll make 2999 to always keep everyone keen. First dibs go to existing customers. By contrast, anyone can easily spec and order a Lamborghini and they’re produced at a much much faster rate.

This red Purosangue must be the UK press car (seen it on Harry's, Shmee too) and i love that it's NOT Rosso Corsa, but an elegant Bordeaux colour that fits its elegance. Edit: i found out, that Ferrari hosted a press event in some italian mountain region,with 8 cars (4 red, 4 blue) and all sorts of british, american and german car content people/media groups went there. I compared the driving bits and all seem to have been driving the same roads.

Sometime in the mid-2010s, I read that Ferrari had a hatchback. A HATCHBACK!?! Yup, and I fell in love with the FF... ...for about 6 months. Then they replaced the FF with the GTC4 Lusso. Sure enough, I fell all over again. Just a fantastic vehicle for those of us who love supercar performance and need daily driver practicality. Then they announced they were replacing the Lusso with an SUV. I had the same reaction this reviewer had. An SUV? Sacrilege! Damn, they had the perfect car. How dare they discontinue it for yet another SUV. Then I saw the Puro, and read up on its tech. And I fell in love again. The Puro is the next logical step in the line that began with the FF. Four adult seats, PTO for the front wheels, plenty of room for stuff. And...it's absolutely lovely. "Purosangue" may be Italian for Thoroughbred, but in my Italian-English dictionary, it translates to "Magnificent"...

6:00 - love how the alloy wheel and shield have "Cavallino Rampante" sitting perfectly aligned. The Ferrari Purosangue is simply stunning! Great work as always Rory!

Beautifully produced and Rory is definitely the number one presenter. Obviously nice to have a practical SUV review.

They are not the first, I have 4 channels that posted the review at the first time because the way reviews work is that they let everyone drive their cars but they are embargoed until a certain date where everyone can post their videos at the same time so everyone has a fair chance :),

I thought it was crazy for Ferrari to even consider making an SUV but they did it right, NA V12 and quickest transmission possible along with a proper comfortable interior that still feels like a race car. I'm sure this is a Ferrari that Enzo would consider driving if he were around to see it.

I must express my sincere admiration for this remarkable SUV - I firmly believe that it stands as a pinnacle of automotive design and engineering, possessing an unparalleled level of aesthetic appeal that simply takes one's breath away! 🤩

The fact that its a bloody SUV is a huge compromise to begin with… if you buy a Ferrari, you buy a race car for the road… not a minivan.

Whoever, and/or however many were responsible for the 'Cinematography', especially the opening bit, are absolutely genius in my book. That opening bit could have been the beginning of any movie set in a rural environment. That was awesome dude/guys.

This video reminds me review of a Disco Volante done by Clarkson for Top Gear. In my opinion, it was one of the most cinematic reviews ever. And even now, few years later, I’m coming back to it with pleasure. This review is not that much far off. Excellent work!

Man what a time to be alive as an car fan. Something for everyone. Even though I just went to an EV, so cool to witness a car like the Purosangue being made. It's gorgeous.

Not a fan of this Ferrari design personally but I agree that now is the true golden age of cars, we are leaving behind high displacement ice cars in favor of electric but the gas cars that are coming out are phenomenal and we have the opportunity to buy these cars, this seems obvious but in a few generations only the wealthy will be able to afford any gas cars and especially the nice ones.

@@poppachoppa8956 so just like cars-horses all over again then. The first 30+year's of car production was only for the rich. Along came Henry Ford and made mass production possible and profitable. Suddenly car's could be bought by anyone basically working ft. And horses went from being for almost everyone to only for the rich and those who needed them on ranches, farms etc. Funny how it all moves in cycles? Just like evs first appeared around 1835.

Still get myself and my wife and daughter plus luggage on holiday without issues for space. Plus I can actually get a better MPG in the Petrol Alfa on a long cruise than I can in the far less powerful diesel Mazda on the same route. But people do like SUVs for some strange reason. I think they look hideous compared to coupes and saloons, and they are all based on smaller cars, so they really do just make them higher affecting how they drive. But if the sales are high a manufacturer would be stupid not to make one really. Just sad seeing all the SUVs on the road.

@@sx200n1 yep. I have bmw f31 and it’s actually more space inside than in a x3 or x5.
