The New Laws should be implemented and at the same time Bar Association should find out specific laws which are against fundamental or constitutional rights and send its resolution as early as possible.

There is no law to reject false F.I.R regd. In police station in new law. Therefore false fir will be written and be registered. Provision should be made to cancel or reject the false fir. Dist.magistrate or Dist. Judge should be given power to reject totally false reports.

It is very important to remove all the loopholes in new laws..So it's not right time to implement new laws.

New laws implementation should be postponed.

Respectfully I beg to say that similar changes must be made in the code of civil procedure as the long pendency of suits is much more alarming in the civil side. Plaintiff had filed the suit but his great grand son is yet to get the decree. Long pendency of matrimonial cases is another matter of concern a decree of divorce after crossing the age of marriage is of no use. In MV claim cases the claimants keep on starving awaiting the grant of claim.

BNS, BNSS & BSA all three acts are useless and worthless because allthree acts are the copy paste of previous IPC, CrPC and Evidence act. These acts have been superficially changed and sections have been interchanged only, with nothing new useful additions.

You don't know an inch about 3 laws, new definitions have come up, Sedition laws have changed, organised crime etc. , and Bar Council or Advocates are not an authority to challenge Parliament!

There is a need for proper discussion on the new laws. I don't understand why the Modi govt. is always in a hurry. Suggestions should be taken from Senior Advocates, Judges and retired Judges of High courts, Supreme court, civil society representatives and opposition parties..before any changes to the existing laws. Also, draconian laws like the PMLA and UAPA should be discarded.

New laws - BNS, BNSS & BSA- are pro- poor laws as they provide for time- bound disposal which goes against the interests of greedy lawyers who deliberately linger the disposal to extract more & more money from their clients. So, advocates must oppose the implementation of these rules under some excuse or the other.

HMA / 125/DV act /498A में supreme court की recommendation के बाद भी कुछ भी सुधार नहीं किया। सारा का सारा copy paste कर दिया। हजारों लाखों परिवार तबाह हो रहे हैं। shame on Govt.
